the house is located in a private property of 2 hectares located in Picardy in the town of QUEND.
Located in the countryside our domain will make you discover the equestrian world with its horses, ponies, without forgetting the goats.
Our property is located three kilometers from the sea and 1 kilometer from Marquenterre and its reserves.
we welcome you in a magnificent setting and we will share our passion with you.


the house is located in a private property, it is a one-storey house with an area of 140m2 facing south and located on a 2 hectare estate halfway between land and sea and close to shops.
You will have a splendid view of our pastures where our ponies and horses are, you will have a 2000m2 garden.
you will have private parking, a relaxation area with terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing, not to mention the barbecue for grilling.

the house has a living room, a games area, table football, billiards, a bathroom with wc and, a kitchen.
Upstairs, a large bedroom for parents, a dormitory for children, a sitting area where parents and children meet.
The equipment available to you in this house are fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, TV, CD player and radio.
For your relaxation, bikes are at your disposal.
For babies we provide you with a high chair, a travel cot, a changing table and a bathtub.

Nice relaxed place for holiday

Big clean safe house. Nice owner. Not that touristic as other places. Nature around. Kitchen is good and has everything. Supermarkt not that far away. I speak verry bad french thank god we have google translate.

Wir waren mit Kindern für zwei Wochen im Sommerurlaub hier. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Allerdings ist das Haus im Erdgeschoss recht kühl, das Wohnzimmer war aufgrund von unangenehmen Geruch (Feuchtigkeit) nicht nutzbar. Der Strom wird separat berechnet, eine Kaution ist vor Ort zu bezahlen.

Gîte très propre, cuisine bien équipée, petit salon, chambre à 3 lits immense. Accueil aimable, seul bémol, le relevé des compteurs était fait avant notre arrivée. Il a fallu insister pour voir le compteur par nous même et il y a avait une différence de 13 kwh en notre de défaveur. A la sortie, le relevé a été fait sans notre présence également.

L'hôtesse Jo, est très sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et très accueillante. Le terrain est super entretenu avec de belles fleurs, des poneys, des chaises longues pour lézarder au soleil. La maison est d'une propreté impeccable, arrangée avec beaucoup goût et très pratique. Les dodos sont confortables et l'espace nuit immense. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour passer un agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Joe

Tres belle proprieté à 6-7 kms de mer. Le calme et le confort dans un cadre tres verdoyant. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et entretiennent bien leur bien. Tres bon sejour pour se detendre le tout a 2h30 de Paris. Attention néanmoins à bien prevoir le linge de lit qui n etait pas inclus dans le prix de la location.
