White Owl Barn - A custom built self-catering property with a beautiful view

White Owl Barn is situated within the stunning Kenns Farm, on the outskirts of the Cotswolds. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, fields of horses and with onsite footpaths ready to take you off on an exciting adventure, or to a picturesque pub, this is the perfect base for a break.

Whether you are visiting the area for Cheltenham Races, Fairford Airshow (RIAD), Cotswold Wildlife Park or to explore the historic villages, White Owl Barn is the perfect place to lay your head each night.

White Owl Barn is a newly created one bedroom cottage offering an open plan, fully equipped kitchen & living space, a bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living area for extra guests* (see note at end)

Located off the main road, this is a tranquil space, the cottage itself backing on to open fields where you can sit and enjoy the view with a G&T inside or out. Clean, efficient and with everything you need.

The cottage itself is your private space during your stay. There is 1 adjoining cottage, a small barn opposite and the owner lives on site in the farm house should you require assistance with anything. There is a footpath through the property fields that can take you off on an adventure!

Lovely little property on the edge of the Cotswolds

Well equipped kitchen and amazing shower! We liked that we had the little outdoor space to ourselves (where we could see fields of crops and horses!). Great location for exploring some of the Cotswold towns. Carterton has a range of takeaway places if you're not keen on cooking whilst away (and 3!! supermarkets). The suggested walk across the fields to Shilton was lovely, we were just annoyed we forgot to take any money so we couldn't have a pint in the pub when we got there. Beds were very soft, except the sofa bed, which was really comfy (which is not always the case with a sofa bed). We liked that the bedroom had twin beds (instead of a double) though which made our break as three friends nicer.

Lovely place surrounded by gorgeous fields!

Lovely place. The postcode led me into the town of Carterton so make sure you follow the location given on the VRBO map. Lovely cosy barn just the right size for two people. We had a nice weekend with everything we needed. Location is great, quiet and close to lovely bustling Cotswolds towns. Would recommend and I hope to visit again!

Great place to stay

We stayed for two nights and couldn’t fault the white owl barn. It’s a lovely place to stay and is equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a quiet break and good location for visiting the Cotswolds. Jean’s communication before our stay was great and if we find ourselves in the area again we would definitely book here.

Good accommodation, great location for cotswold visits . Had a little trouble finding property as satnav took us toward town centre based on postcode. No direct way to contact home owner. Had to go through home away.
