Sea front fully furnished & equipped flat. Stunning views!! Comprises good size living space with a balcony, three bedrooms all with seaside views, 2 bathrooms. A kitchen with fully integrated appliances (goods including microwave oven and dish-washer). The property is offered with heating and includes broadband and WORLD TV. Centrally located and next to local amenities, direct access to the beach (elevator & stairs).
Rota is just a few minutes drive Chipiona, Sanlúcar de Barrameda as well as Jerez de la Fontera famous for its Sherry wine, horses and the international race track.

Great Location

This unit has the best views of Rota beaches and is close to excellent restaurants and bars. Very relaxing location. Pablo was great and made things nice for my stay and made check-in and check-out easy.

Location excellent and sea view as advertised. The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well equipped but would benefit from a a bit of tlc and would probably suit a family group better than adults only (as we were) re bed/bedroom/bathroom sizing. Still had a good 4 week holiday exploring the area again. Thanks

The most spectacular views in Rota!

Pablo is simply the best. He communicated every step of the way before, during and after our month long stay. The pictures are exactly how this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment look inside. Nothing misleading. This is right in the heart of Rota with wonderful restaurants and bars in every direction within walking distance. We didn’t need a car ( although there is garage parking). We came from West Virginia and there are several English speaking places that made it easy to order, make friends and communicate effortlessly. We will definitely return and stay in this beautiful, safe and gated apartment again. Thank you Pablo for everything!
