Aug 2024 - leider nur 1.500 Zeichen verfügbar, daher nur eine extrem stark gekürzte Bewertung!!!

- Couch durchgesessen, folglich auch nicht als Schlafcouch zu empfehlen - TV sehr klein, fehlplaziert und nur stümperhaft montiert - Geschirr / Tassen / Besteck waren ein Sammelsurium. Kaum eine Schüssel, die nicht am Rand abgeplatzt war, keine vernünftigen Tassen, Gläser von McDonald's und die Besteckschublade war verdreckt - Abzugshaube versifft, restl. Küchenausstattung ok, Einzige Ablagemöglichkeit ein altes Stahlregal, was max. in die Garage oder in den Keller gehört - WC eine nicht einladende, enge Dunkelkammer, aber sauber - Bad an sich ausreichend und sauber, jedoch unglückliche Gestaltung mit der immer störenden und sich im Weg befindenden Tür. Absolutes Desaster - die Dusche! Komplett veraltet, überall Schimmel und Rost. Der Duschkopf war ebenfalls defekt, ließ sich nicht mehr arretieren - Fast alle Fenster sind noch aus Holz, überall abblätternde Farbe und weder Rollos, noch Insektenschutz vorhanden - Betten waren, bis auf das in der Galerie, wo es kein Fenster gibt und alles mit Spinnen- und Staubweben voll hing, eine Katastrophe und eher spartanische Klappgestelle mit völlig durchgelegenen Matratzen - 4 Lampen waren defekt und/oder konnten gar nicht erst genutzt werden, da stets nur 1 Steckdose an den Türen/Eingängen vorhanden ist - Treppenlicht innen & außen fehlerhaft - Taschenlampe erforderlich - Außen anderer Grill & Tisch als auf den Bildern, Sonnenschirm nicht montierbar. Generell abgewohnt, vieles alt, defekt, Ecken verdreckt Wirklich schade...

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Blick auf Dünen und Meeresrauschen

Süsse kleines Appartement mit sehr gut ausgestatteter und moderner Küche. Das Sofa ist richtig gemütlich, auch zu zweit. Balkon mit Sonne und Grün drum herum. Blick auf Düne von einem Zimmer aus und wenn man aus der Dusche kommt. Das Meer so nah und immer im Ohr-wunderbar. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Proche de la plage et du centre. Appartement bien équipé avec une place pour se stationner. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et avec l'agence. Je recommande ce logement.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. War alles bestens, sauber und ruhig - ideal für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. Details : Lage zum Strand ist prima. Wohnung sehr großzügig für 2 Leute. Küche hatte alles (großer Kühlschrank) , Betten waren ok, Bad war sehr gut (moderne Dusche ), Balkon für 2 Leute prima (hier fehlt vielleicht ein Sonnenschutz) früh und abend hat man Schatten. Bei sehr heißem Wetter hab ich eine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator vermisst (kann nachts doch recht warm sein - trotz Atlantik). TV nur französische Sender und Empfang nicht immer gut, dafür Internet ok. Bei entsprechender Windrichtung riecht man halt ab und an die Papierfabrik (Mimizan typisch). Ein und Auszug ganz unkompliziert.

Tolle Lage!

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaubsdomizil: in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, abends ebenso zum Stadtzentrum. Störend war nur tageweise der Geruch der Papierfabrik.

Séjour très agréable et calme, bonne situation entre mer et foret !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux ados et notre chien. L'emplacement est idéalement situé à peine 50 mètres de l'océan et de la foret ! Le centre de Mimizan plage n' est cas 5 mns à pied, idéal si comme nous vous ne voulez pas vous servir de la voiture. La plage est magnifique ! Espace, tranquilité, nature et surtout le calme ont été au rendez-vous... Nous pourrions sans aucun soucis revenir pour un nouveau séjour !!!

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Nähe des Strandes besonders gut empfunden

Schöne Wohnung, die in einer Sackgasse -und aus dem Grund ruhig- liegt. Sehr vorteilhaft war es die Nähe am Zentrum von Mimizan-Plage. Wir hätten uns mehr Platz auf dem Balkon gewünscht, um morgens draußen zu frühstücken.

nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour à MIMIZAN, l'appartement que nous avions loué était à proximité de la plage et des commerces très agréable, en plus il était très bien équipé, à refaire les prochaines années cordialement
