Excellent apartment, spacious and in a privileged location, with an excellent view to the sea and three minutes walk from the beach "Doca do Cavacas". It is located near a shopping area "Shopping Center Forum Madeira", with many shops, shopping centers, good restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The apartment has three bedrooms, a modern and well equipped kitchen, a balcony and a spacious living room, two further bathrooms.

Spacious apartment with beautiful view

Constantino was so helpful when we arrived. He gave us helpful information of where to dine, hike, and where to watch the sunset. One of the best places to watch is right in the apartment.The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has everything you need.

Location is good. The apartment have an amazing ocean view. The host is nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the unit had a pipe leak in which one of the bedroom had water coming through the floors. The host was not able to address it so we have to deal with it through out our stay including the construction noise from the unit above us. It would have been a better rental if the amenities provided like towels and drying racks are updated.

During the guest's stay, an unusual situation occurred with a water pipe that caused a leak. There was also a specific situation during the renovation of an apartment in the building that caused an above-average noise. Both situations have been definitively resolved. I am very sorry for what happened, as this has never happened before. I would like to mention that I offered the guest another free stay as a way of making amends.

Umas férias com qualidade

Em termos gerais é uma boa propriedade, bem localizada, pois tem praia, piscina e restaurantes perto do apartamento, possuindo boas divisões para a família (até 5/6 pessoas). É de facto um local muito bom para descansar.
