These gorgeous villas are located on gorgeous Table Rock Lake in Branson Missouri. The Villas are fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. Also conveniently within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake!! Each side of the unit is three levels. The 5 bedroom side has 4.5 baths and a Theater room with Stadium seating and a 70" smart TV. The 6 bedroom side has a double bunk room instead of the theater room. Each side of the villa has quality beds and furniture, 4 full bathrooms with 2 MASTER king suites and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck. When you combine both sides, you will get 6 total decks; two small balconies off the master bedrooms, two large main level decks with weber gas grills and four quality 6 seat patio sets, two lower-level screened in patios with furniture. Inside the Villas, you will find custom high-quality furnishings, wagon wheel lighting fixtures, Natural Slate and Travertine tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, luxury bedding, and only the BEST mattresses available! The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls and a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows.

The TWO upstairs Master Suites on each side have custom hand made king size beds with top of the line mattresses. Each master suite has a full luxury bath with granite countertops and one with a natural travertine tiled shower. One master has a small outside balcony with views of the "main pool" and lake, and both masters have flat panel TV's. Two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds and share a full size Jack in Jill bathroom. On the lower level walkout basement, there are two more bedrooms, one HUGE BUNK ROOM bedroom furnished with TWO full over queen bunk beds. You can sleep up to 8 people just in this bedroom alone! The second bedroom in the 6 bedroom unit lower level is adorned with a King Size bed with a sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in patio. The downstairs living areas have an awesome Entertainment media room with a 55' flat-panel TVs, a full-size pool table and top quality sectional queen sleeper. There are also two full-size laundry rooms with top of the line washers and dryers and an additional small size refrigerator for those extras. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from the lower walkout level and provides outdoor enjoyment great views of Table Rock Lake or the incredible pool in a bug-free environment.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Weekend until the last weekend of August:
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday or Saturday depending on the available unit

SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday.
Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
No Saturday check-in or check-out

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
