Très bien placé dans Saint Pierre, je pense qu'il est difficile de trouver d'autres logements avec une vue comme celle-ci, directement sur l'Océan et avec une proximité des restaurants, boulangerie et du marché. Quel plaisir de prendre ses repas avec la vue sur les vagues et les kites surf. Le logement est conforme à la présentation, les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux messages. Saint Pierre est très bien placé pour partir sur les différentes randonnées emblématiques de l'Ile et autres visites (Piton des neiges, Piton de la Fournaise, Musée Stella Matutina...)

Le rêve dans la mer

Au Sud, tout au Sud avec la mer sous nos pieds et le bruit des vagues que nous a bercé pendant ces 6 jours Parfaite organisation pour l’arrivée et le départ, pas de complexité on peut profiter de la vue et même des baleines J’y reviens très vite

Emplacement exceptionnel

L’appartement est simple mais bien équipé. L’emplacement dans St Pierre est parfait proche du centre des plages et des commerces. Mais ce qui est exceptionnel c’est la terrasse face à la mer qui nous a permis d’observer les baleines pendant notre séjour

Appartement fonctionnel proche des commerces

Appartement pour 2 plutôt que 4 pour évoluer confortablement. Centre ville, commerces, bar et restaurants accessibles à pieds en quelques minutes . Bonne localisation pour aller au volcan et à cilaos .

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 31octobre au 5 novembre2021. Très bon séjour passé. Appartement au rez de chaussée d'une maison avec une place de parking privée. Très bien sécurisé avec portail à l'entrée. Très pratique pour récupérer les clefs qui ne nécessite pas la présence des propriétaires. Appartement très bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge très pratique. Literie très confortable. Très propre. La vue de la terrasse sur l'océan indien était magnifique. Nous avons adoré. Plages à proximité et proche du centre ville de St Pierre. Bien placé pour visiter le sud de l'île et vers le volcan. A conseiller sans hésiter.

Vue incroyable

Saint Pierre représente ma ville de coeur et cette location a répondu à nos attentes. On a pu apprécier les kite-surfeurs, les couchers de soleil et cette vue imprenable sur le lagon de st Pierre. Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec 2 salles de bain (non négligeable avec 2 enfants, 8 ans et 2 ans). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce petit coin de paradis!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce logement qui est très agréable avec une vue superbe sur l'océan .Nous l'avons quitté à regret et avons regretté de ne pas l'avoir loué plus longtemps . A louer sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel avec une superbe terrasse front de mer (l'océan est magnifique mais aussi assez bruyant HIHIHI On ne pensait pas mais on s'y fait vite) Mimose, qui nous a fait notre entrée et notre sortie est vraiment adorable. Je recommande ce logement si vous souhaitez être au plus près des marchés et de l'ambiance de St Pierre.

Appartement en front de mer bien aménagé. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Lieu idéal pour rayonner dans toute l'île et spécialement dans le sud. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Un cadre à ravir, reposant et logement très fonctionnel

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre expérience dans l'appartement. Il est parfaitement situé à St Pierre et la grande terrasse donnant sur le lagon a été le lieu de nos petits déjeuners et autre repas avec vue sur l'océan. Nous avons même assisté depuis la terrasse aux spectacles des baleines qui passaient pas très loin des côtes du sud de l'Ile. Le fait que le T2 dispose de 2 salles de bain, dont l'une dans la chambre "parentale", était parfaitement adapté à notre situation avec nos 2 adolescents. La cuisine est très bien équipée comme sur la description du logement. Le linge de maison était également prévu. Le logement est très bien entretenu. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les hôtes et Ginette la personne qui s'occupe de la maison ont été d'un excellent contact. Nous recommandons sans réserves et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

We practice my wife and I a medical profession in St Pierre (Orthodontist and Osteopath). We had the opportunity to acquire this villa at the edge of the water in 2007, we have done major renovations and extensions to make apartments, all facing the sea.
My passions: sport and driving.
I am a private pilot helicopter and plane and I am happy to bring friends for tours of the island in "cost sharing"

There is very little housing directly on the lagoon of St Pierre and even less available for rent.
We have 3 other apartments rented in seasonal at the same place and have been very successful since 2008. (Ads 648356 and 677494)
We spend in seasonal this flat which was rented with the year until there.
