About Claire Wright
The photograph shows myself Claire and my husband Bill, I am originally from Cardiff so a local girl and Bill is from Hereford but has lived in Wales most of his adult life - we're a Wenglish couple which makes rugby international days pretty interesting! We have 2 grown sons and a puppy dog and run a small family business in Cardiff, so life is very busy. The little downtime we have is spent for Bill's part on the golf course, playing table tennis or watching sport and I'm happy walking the dog or pottering in the garden and enjoying occasional theatre visits - we are very lucky in Cardiff, there is lots going on.
Claire Wright purchased this Townhouse in 2008
Why Claire Wright chose Pentwyn
We bought the house as an investment 10 years ago, over that time our sons have lived in it and it has been rented privately to tenants who have all enjoyed living there given its convenient location. There is a shortage of accommodation for larger groups in Cardiff so we have decided to try our hand at short holiday letting, Cardiff is a lovely location to visit and has lots to offer and plenty to do and see both in the City and the surrounding areas.
What makes this Townhouse unique
The location is just perfect for travelling to and around Cardiff & surrounding areas. The house is incredibly easy to find as is a short distance from the main A48 which links directly to the M4. There is free parking and the transport links are excellent - the Park & Ride into the City Centre is a minutes drive away, there is a bus stop just yards from the house which benefits from designated Bus/Taxi lanes into the City Centre (12 mins by taxi). There is also a train station a couple of miles away which can get you into Cardiff City Centre in 6 minutes and to Cardiff Bay in less than 15 minutes. The house itself is light, airy & homely - I've tried to make it a home from home and a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. There are many shopping options nearby along with several take away food outlets, there is also a local park & leisure centre close by.
