This first floor apartment was in a great location. Close to the train station (quick walk) and near by the city center. Located by restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet neighbourhood and apartment was cool even in hot temperatures. Cute courtyard. Great communication with host and easy access. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Appreciated the nice welcoming treats.

The apartment was nearby everything by foot, some great restaurants, near public transit and bus routes/tuk tuks, the location was superb! The host Guy was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Loved our stay in Sintra!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Guy’s place. Perfect location, comfortable for 2 couples. Nespresso coffee machine was greatly appreciated. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great Location

Nice place close to all the tourist attractions.More of a hotel vibe with people staying above you and a corridor that was shared by other apartments. Great beds and well stocked kitchen.

Accesible on first floor and just perfect for us!

We stayed two days in Sintra with my elderly parents. We needed a first floor with no stairs and this place was simply perfect! The owner was wonderful as well and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time in Sintra. It is a great location near the train station and local restaurants. Guy was very accommodating and responsive; we had a slight issue upon arrival but Guy rectified it quickly. The listing is accurate we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

The space is beautiful. Clean, minimalist but cozy. The tiles are charming and we loved the feeling of safety. The location is perfect to access town and the train. We loved our stay. The one bed was luxurious, the other needs a new mattress!

Wonderful apartment located near the rail station

We travelled to Sintra by train and the apartment is located near the station which was perfect. The host was very helpful. The apartment was clean and professionally presented. It is spacious and well equipped. Perfect to explore Sintra.

Great location, no AC

Great location near the historic district and the train station. There are numerous things to see and restaurants to visit in the area. The property was nicely appointed & clean, however doesn't have air conditioning nor any fans. We didn't have much of a problem because we left the windows open, (no screens) and the dehumidifier worked well.

Cozy stay

This apartment is absolutely lovely—cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, and we were greeted with a thoughtful gesture: a bottle of wine and a bag of delicious traditional Portuguese pastries, which made our arrival feel extra special. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sintra and conveniently close to the train station. There are also several coffee shops nearby with friendly staff, perfect for a quick treat or morning coffee. The only downside was the ventilation inside the apartment, as humidity built up quickly. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time exploring. The apartment comes equipped with a humidifier, and opening the windows helped improve airflow. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this cozy gem to anyone visiting Sintra!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingeteilt und schön eingerichtet, 2 Schlafzimmer. Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Nahe der Altstadt und Bahnhof. Klare Anweisungen. Gerne wieder! Sintra hat ein Parkplatzproblem, weil zu viele Touristen es besuchen. Vor der Whg war immer alles besetzt. Es gibt weiter unten beim Bahnhof kostenpflichtige Parkplätze von 8-20 Uhr, Tagesticket 14 Euro. Wir konnten dann spätabends in einer Seitenstrasse kostenfrei umparken.

C'est hyper pratique, c'est juste à côté de la gare, à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Il y a tous les bus pour tous les châteaux et sites touristiques juste à côté de la gare. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel "Le seul petit bémol, c'est que la maison est un peu froide et l'eau de la douche s'éclabousse facilement dehors. Faites attention, car on peut glisser."

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay here for our time in Sintra! The apartment is clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you need. There were even a few toys for our kids to play with! The location is wonderful with just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the train. We will definitely stay here again :)
