Shower room with shower cabin, separate wc. Large bottle. Enclosed garden, garage for car inside the property. The ocean at 15 minutes 'vila Praia de Ancora' with its fishing port. Ponte de Lima, Portugal's oldest town, 20 minutes away. Viana do Castello 15 minutes.
