 from Italy and from the sea. We are located in the old city, the historic center of Cavana. All essential services are within walking distance. It is the most chic area of Trieste, in a few minutes you are on the sea shore, where you can embark for Muggia, Miramare, Sistiana and the coasts of Slovenia and Croatia. Within a few meters there are museums, pedestrian areas, the Roman theater and the Arco di Riccardo, the hill of San Giusto with the Basilica and the Lapidarium.


In the architecture of the city center and in the gastronomic offer there are strong Serbian, Greek, Hebrew and Austro-Hungarian influences. In a few minutes by bus or taxi you reach the Karst where you can admire our natural and geological wonders, magnificent places for excursions, especially the Giant Cave.
The height, harsh and fascinating, hosts several farms that for short periods a year open their doors to tourists and citizens, offering their products accompanied by excellent wine. These farms are called "osmize" and each year a brochure with their list is published.
A beautiful walk is along the Rilke path, between Duino and Sistiana, overlooking the sea.

The apartment is a large open space separated from the room with heavy curtains, very bright, with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, lava and dryer, microwave, Wifi connection and television .
No parties or gatherings are permitted in our house. The condominium regulation provides for the respect of silence from 23:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
From the first of June 2018, the city tax is payable in Trieste. It amounts to € 2: 00 per person per day for the first 5 days of stay. It must be paid upon check in.
