Es gab Probleme, im Anschluss an ein Gewitter drückte das Abwasser aus der Dusche in die untere Etage. Die Leitung hat sich sofort um das Problem gekümmert und es auch beseitigt und den Vorfall kulant behandelt.Sehr professionelle Führung der Anlage, auch wenn diese schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sehr haustierfreundlich. Empfehlenswert.

Ferienhaus mit schönem Blick auf den Gardasee. Gepflegte Anlage, saubere Pools und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber in Italien lebt man draußen, deshalb nicht so wichtig. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Anlage

Die Anlage und die Lage ist sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen.Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Etagen, welche durch eine sehr sehr enge Wendeltreppe verbunden sind. Die untere Etage ist saniert. Auch das Bad im UG ist neu. Die obere Etage könnte eine Sanierung vertragen. jedoch ist es derzeit noch vollkommen ok. Sehr nettes Personal. Immer hilfsbereit.

Super unkompliziert einfach Spitze

Ruhig stressfrei Gardassezugang war nicht direkt am Steg wie beschrieben, aber trotzdem echt schön.

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Unterkunft aber sehr einfach, dürfte dringend mal renoviert werden. Alles sehr hellhörig und abhängig von den Nachbarn kann es ein anstrengender Urlaub werden.

Toller Aufenthalt in Traum-Lage

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Villenpark Sangen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sauber und sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Die Pools sind auch toll. Super ist auch der kurze Weg zum Strand. Lediglich das Essen im Restaurant hat im Vergleich zum Vorjahr stark nachgelassen. Wir bekamen einmal sogar verdorbenes Fleisch serviert. Schade. Aber ansonsten alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
