We re near the motorways A1 exit Fiano, 30 km from Rome. the property is in the ground floor, nice and quiet surrounding. Olive trees and the old stone. A place to come back and relax after a day in Rome. Lucus Feronia, dedicated to the pleasure, is a supermarket near by. The castle in Fiano is from the 15th century and merits a visit. 20 km is Calcata an old historic town for a great visit.
