New house in a quiet garden with trees (1700M2) and flowers

-Kitchen with fridge, 4 gas, electric oven, small appliances: coffee maker, toaster ... with friendly bar and counter chair
-Sitting area (clic-clac) 2 people view on the back of the garden
-Large dining room with farmhouse table and original barrel chairs.
-The large living room with fixed ironwork sofa and glass coffee table, large PVC window + electric shutter overlooking the front of the flowered / lighted garden in addition to the electric solar lights.
-The WC / ground floor / overlooking the front terrace / all very bright
-Bedrooms / floor: 1 with double bed, Italian shower / sink / storage cupboard / view of Ventoux + Bedroom / mezzanine: 2 single beds, shelves.
- Everything is new, clean, tastefully decorated
-Access / direct laundromat: laundry tub / washing machine / drying rack ...
Sheets / cloths provided: maintenance included / no additional charge. Welcome book


We have a private swimming pool above ground 4.5 LM in diameter and 1m 10 approximately in height, there is also a small swimming pool for baby at disposal (birth to 2 years approximately…).

A water point is nearby with a garden hose that allows you to cool the space to your liking. A large hedge surrounds the house on the sides of the rental and at a height of at least 3 m …… The whole house is surrounded either by the hedge, or by trees and dry stone walls.

The only opening is at the front, and gives on the end of a small path which narrows and becomes, from our house, a path which goes up in the woods: horses, hikers and mountain bikers like it.
It can take you far into the hill which is magnificent (old stone quarries which were used to build the surrounding castles, restored troglodyte village ………… and panoramic view of the region at the other end of the hill)

The shutters which are white on the photo have been repainted: lavender color, color of my country ……

At the front, a local ironworker created a pergola in very beautiful art metalwork, it is the same craftsman who made the interior railings and guardrails which are so beautiful, and which you can see on the photos from last year.

The front terrace is nice for sunbathing… there are lounge chairs, and an outdoor lounge: sofa and 2 armchairs
The fire risks being very present in summer, we opted for a gas barbecue-plancha on a wooden cart that can be placed at the back of the house if necessary, near the swimming pool …… it is new and very practical ... The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, old Provencal style ………

The back of the garage is a place that we share in a friendly atmosphere with our tenants, it is set up as a laundry / laundry area.
I access it from the front of the garage and try to disturb as little as possible. This sharing is generally without problem and is done in a user-friendly way:
          There is of course a washing machine, a freezer of which I reserve you a shelf, a dryer which is not generally used because it is so beautiful that the linen dries immediately on the shelves, and a large tray linen where you can soak or clean without problem (37 cm deep in 50x60)

 The household linen is provided: it includes / understands the sheets (small and large, the pillowcases, the cloths, the tablecloths …………… but not the towels and hand towels (except if express request and with supplement )

The rental is planned for 6 people maximum, a supplement of 25 € is requested per night and per additional person, it can only be a breakdown or overnight stays for young children)
