This completely renovated Barcelona apartment is located in a building equipped with a lift and situated in the heart of Eixample. The "EIXAMPLE FREE III" apartment has an excellent layout, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. The apartment is comprised of a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a toilet, a living-dining room and a separate kitchen.



Eixample is one of the most iconic districts of Barcelona. It has existed since 1860, after the medieval walls were demolished. Nowadays, it is a large commercial and residential district, with very good bus and metro links, allowing easy access to the city centre, Sagrada Familia and Camp Nou.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

Clean and comfortable apartment in great location!

This apartment was perfect for our family! Very clean and well maintained. The property management company was extremely attentive and professional. The check in process may seem a bit intimidating at first as it is fully automated but it is extremely well communicated and managed so that it was convenient and easy to arrive at our own time. Definitely recommend!

Very Basic

The property was well centered in the city. The apartment itself was dingy. Maybe good for one night but not a long stay. Also, not really good for a family between 4-6 people. The rooms and beds are very small but nothing unexpected. The small rooms didn't have AC which the kids were uncomfortable. It was a good deal online.

As you can see everything about our stay at ClassBedroom was a big smiley face. Unfortunately the apartment directly above has a baby/child who woke throughout the night and screamed. At about 5 in the morning there were toddler/child footsteps running backwards and forwards and pushing furniture around the room. I am aware that none of this is anything to do with you and presumably you are unaware of the unacceptable noise level. None of us ever had a full night's sleep, which was a pity. I am conscious that none of this is your fault. And would like to stress how impressed we were by the apartment as the emoji rating testifies. With best wishes, Jenny Price
