Newly built house in the charming village of Dalarö, just 35 minutes drive from Stockholm city. The house is close to the beach and various sports facilities.

Two floors in the main building with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen area (common area). Second living room upstairs. Total 200m2.
Newly built guesthouse with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with sauna. Small kitchen. Total 20m2.

Large patio connecting the buildings with barbeque and various lounge and dining areas. Secluded garden area.

Large private driveway with basketball court and good area for biking and skateboarding etc. Bikes and skateboards available upon request.
