This well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities is located at Houstrup Strand. The pool area has a large swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system, large whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 persons. Here both kids and grown-ups will probably spend many hours frolicking in the water. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are TVs in various areas of the house as well as PlayStation4 and a blu-ray dvd-player. The house is very spacious and built around 3 separate sleeping sections with 8 bedrooms. Each section has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom near the pool area. There is furthermore a mezzanine with 4 extra beds. Personal decor with modern furnishings. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished and has stereo set with CD player, TV, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The well-assorted kitchen has i.a. a large fridge, 240 litres freezer as well as 2 dish washers and 2 cookers making cooking for the large family easy.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
