good, clean and great area

The owner was very nice, the apartment was clean, and in a very great spot. Our only concern was that the utilities (electric system) were absolutely expensive: 160.- Euros /week. Then the second payment, just in cash.

La estancia en casa de Isabelle la valoraría con un 9.Una casa comoda y espaciosa y bien equipada.En un lugar genial para poder disfrutar de las estaciones de nieve cercanas.La piscina y las instalaciones comunes están geniales.Isabelle estuvo atenta a darnos un buen servicio.Lo único negativo es el cobro de la luz,que si bien es cierto que está indicado en el anuncio,se me hace excesivo el precio que se paga.Muy recomendable todo en general. que

Concerne APPART N°32 pour 6 PERS, 3 CHAMBRES JARDIN ET PISCINE chemin de vedrignans, Saillagouse, France, 66800 Nous devons faire les remarques suivantes à l'usage de prochains locataires, et du propriétaire de l'appart en vue d'améliorations: -Aucune lampe de chevet pour les 5 lits. -Écarté 2 poëles à revêtement téflon dégradé. -Pas de bouilloire. -Pas de théière -Pas de Wifi -Plaque de cuisson très bas de gamme comme presque tout l'EM. -Accueil presque inexistant par personne déléguée par notre interlocutrice Isabelle. Cette personne ne parlait pas du tout français, ni anglais. -Absence de télécommande du garage pendant 2 jours. -Manque une poubelle de salle de bain. -L'écoulement de la douche est défectueux. -Le rideau de douche est inconfortable -Une lampe du salon ne fonctionne pas et/ou clignote.

Des bonne marche en montagne avec des bonnes indication suivant les personnes débutants ou confirmer. Espagne a quelques km ,pas de difficultés a s'exprimer en francais . Juste a côté bain d'eau chaude relaxante . Restaurant à côtés boulangerie pain très bon.

Appartement spacieux qui pourrait être très bien s'il était mieux équipé : literie à revoir, vieux canapé, couverts et vaisselle hors d'âge à la propreté douteuse, décoration minimaliste voire inexistante. Pas de Wifi - ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Sauna dangereux. C'est regrettable car la résidence est très agréable et la région très jolie.

Appartement spacieux et agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le plus c'est d'avoir accès à la piscine chauffée et de pouvoir faire du feu dans une insert. Néanmoins il faudrait voir de changer les poêles et fetou pour la cuisine.
