These two modern 3 bedroom villas are situated in the popular village of Lapta, in a quiet residential area, yet within just a few minutes drive from shops, restaurants and sandy beaches.

Through the hall, there is a lounge area with comfy seating and a stone-built fireplace that s fantastic for those looking for winter lets. there is a wall-mounted TV with Amazon TV stick so that you can enjoy movies and TV shows even on holiday! There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area to the rear, overlooking the private swimming pool.

There is a twin bedroom downstairs with access to the pool patio, and two double bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there are also fans available.

The outside of each villa boasts a private garden with private swimming pool with mountain views. There is garden furniture to make the most of the private outdoor area as well as a portable BBQ for the full Mediterranean experience! The two villas are separated by a hedge, but could be rented together for larger groups of up to twelve.
