Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in friendly low-rise urbanisation on the La Manga strip. This first floor apartment has a good sized, south facing terrace with outside furniture, overlooking communal gardens and pools. There is a large livingroom with sofa bed and French doors to the terrace, one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a modern kitchen and bathroom. Free wifi within the apartment and the complex. To make the stay easier for families there is also a travel cot and a detachable childrens chair.
Mediterranean beach at the end of the seaside promenade (1 minute walk) Mar Menor beach across the road (3 min walk), free tennis court, close to golf (La Manga Club), water sports and horse riding. 3 all year round restaurants on complex. Snack bar, cafe and beach bar open according to season. More restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

Apartamento correcto salvo las camas y almohadas. Internet funciona perfecto. Conforme a las expectativas. Lo peor la playa, muy sucia (pero a pocos metros hay playas en mejores condiciones). En general estamos satisfechos con el alojamiento.

Für unsere persönlichen Ansprüche war die Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Auch die Einrichtung war sehr abgewohnt, die Kissen und Bettlaken hatten Flecken und vieles war einfach nur ungepflegt. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und hat prompt auf Fragen reagiert. Die Böden und das Bad waren sauber. Für unsere persönlichen Ansprüche passte aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

El apartamento está muy bien, todo limpiado y recién pintado. El baño nuevo. La urbanización muy agradable. Esta al lado de la playa, tuvimos mala suerte y tenía muchisimas algas. El problema fue, que el apartamento no coincidía con la descripción del anuncio. Yo alquile un apartamento con vistas al jardín y a la piscina y me dieron uno al final de la urbanización y con vistas a un campo de golf abandonado, la otra parte de apartamento deba a una plazoleta en la cual hacia un valor terrorífico. Me sentí un poco engañada

Lovely apartment

We have just stayed for two weeks, not much was open but we had a car and we are familiar with area so we went out everyday,the sunrise & sunsets have been something else. In the summer the location of the apartment is perfect on the beachfront which is a lovely walk. The apartment overlooks the pool, which is well maintained, the WIFI is excellent, well equipped & spacious. Excellent communication with Kirsten! The weather has been lovely too 😊 Only thing is if I think a car would be essential there isn't a great deal for you to do otherwise.

Cuando leímos las recesiones sobre este apartamento nos gustaron mucho y por eso decidimos elegirlo para pasar nuestras vacaciones. La impresión general de este apartamento es que necesita ser renovado y una buena mano de pintura: había paredes desconchadas y con marcas, las marquesinas tenían lamas rotas, lámparas fundidas y el grifo del lavabo estaba suelto (durante la estancia se lo hicimos saber a la propietaria). La red Wifi de la urbanización no funciona bien y es muy inestable. Apenas hay cobertura telefónica. La cocina estaba bien equipada sin embargo el frigorífico no enfriaba lo suficiente. Como cosas positivas: la piscina comunitaria, las vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, la cercanía a la playa (5 min) y la situación de la urbanización, ya que la zona no está tan masificada de gente. En resumen: calidad-precio bastante mala

Excellent apartment and value for money, for a long winter stay

The apartment was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was surround by well tended gardens and lovely breaches so is great for relaxing walks in the evening. The balcony gets the sun all day so you don't have to leave the apartment if you don't wont to. Supermarket with in a ten minute walk away or for more choice a bus or car drive away. Kirsten was only a phone call away if you had any problems. Would recommend to family and friends.

It felt like a long time in the car when coming from Alicante AirPort. But it was worth it. Very nice pool area with trees, flowers, green grass and tennis court. Nice beaches, very close by. We came when a few places weren't open for the season yet. So it was a little long way to a good supermarket. And the house could use a few better utilities in the kitchen. But beds were comfy, it was nice and clean. We had everything that we needed and Kerstin was only a text message away.

Very convenient for family traveling with kids.

We spent last Summer in Taray, Alicante. We had a terrific time with our family and friends. We have a 2-year old daughter and she enjoined it a lot. Taray has a great pool area (especially for kids). There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you don’t need a car. They also have 2 new beach clubs within walking distance from Taray. Staying at Taray is very convenient for family traveling with kids. You can also jump on the bus if you don´t have a rental car. Although we would suggest that you have a car. They have a huge supermercado near the harbor and also a small play ground for kids. We enjoined our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The perfect vacation

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment was located close to both Mar Menor and the Mediterranean and had a lovely pool area. We had time to visit the lovely little fishing village south of the La Manga and enjoyed the beautiful Marina with all the restaurants. I could strongly recommend this aparment

Amazing surroundings with long beaches.

The mixture of Mar menor and the Mediterranean is perfect for both younger and older kids. The apartment has everything needed and a lovely balcony with view over the calm and beautiful pool area.

wish i could have stayed longer

I have stayed in the house and the apartment with my 2 teenage children. We loved our time there. They made friends with spanish families and kept in contact through the year. I enjoyed the peace and the beautiful views on the beach which was never crowded even in august. Kirsten was helpful and friendly and i would love to return in the future. Tracy

I am Swedish and my husband English. Our 3 children have grown up in La Manga as we came to live here in 2005. I spend my time renting out our properties, looking after the boys and walking our English setter on the lovely beaches and in the mountains of the nature reserve, Calblanque, near La Manga.

Why they chose this property

We found this little gem in the Spring of 2002, after searching up and down the coast from Torrevieja to Mazarron. It is the perfect holiday apartment for a couple or a family. The views to the pool and garden and the lovely terrace where you can sun bathe or enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location, just a minute's walk from the beach and the closeness to restaurants and shops. To look out on to the well kept gardens and be surrounded by nice and friendly neighbours makes this place a great choice. We keep the apartment clean, updated and offer you nice linen and towels as well as everything else you would need for a comfortable stay. Free wifi, use of tennis court and large pools with life guards in summer. And the possibility to rent our terraced house together with this apartment if you are a larger group of friends or family.
