Renovated contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1500 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway.

The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

The condo was good, could use updating, very basic. It was accommodating enough for our group of 6, 3 couples. Good location with nice beach access and pool as well as restaurant on site. We rented the vehicle as well which was handy especially for heading into Red Hook for groceries regularly.

Our stay at Cowpet Bay was amazing. The location was perfect - short walk to beach, pool and restaurants. We had some minor issues during check-in but the Owner and Property Manager responded immediately. We recommend renting the vehicle on property- it was very convenient and allowed us to explore St. Thomas and take the ferry to St. John for a day trip (beautiful beaches). We look forward to our next visit!

This was a great location! Close to red Hook and several choices for dinner, the ferry port, two grocery stores close and all of our excursions!Beautiful views and a short walk to our beach.

The property was in a great location to access the beach and pool as well as the town of Red Hook. While a little updating would be useful, we found the condo to be comfortable and having 3 BR gave everyone their own space.Minor issues with ceiling fans not operating in the master suite and main living space.

Great property, pool and beach steps away. Renting the owners vehicle was very convenient! Just like most places in St. Thomas, quite a few stairs are around the property.

This is amazing location and the views are wonderful. The property is quite dated however very functional. Plenty of space however needs to have maintenance. Appreciate being able to stay here. Communication was seemless.

Great hosts!!

Our stay at Cowpet was nice and comfortable. Everything was so smooth with the hosts and property. Beds were very comfortable, home was well stocked and back porch has great furniture! LOTS of steps down to beach so the hike back up you need to be in shape for! But the views were worth it!

New Year's getaway

I stayed with my fiancé and three teen daughters. We loved the space and comfort of the condo. Beautiful water views, easy drive to grocery store and convenience of Sangrias, Caribbean Fish Market and pool bar. No problem getting beach front loungers and great snorkeling on property. Red Hook and ferry to St John less than 10 minutes away. great location!

Million Dollar View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, the view from the balcony was superb. We also enjoyed the condo's proximity to Red Hook and the car that we rented directly from the owner (very convenient). All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we are looking forward to a return visit!

Why they chose this property

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

What makes this property unique

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
