NO NEED FOR A CAR TO GET AROUND THE WHOLE MUNICIPALITY, NEW AND COMFORTABLE FURNITURE, VERY WELL-FITTED HOUSE, FREE WIFFY, LARGE TERRACE WHERE THE POOL IS LOCATED, WITH LARGE ELECTRIC BLINDS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE SUN. THE TERRACE GOES AROUND THE HOUSE. LARGE GARAGE FOR 2 CARS PLUS A PARKING SPACE.

We had a super stay in Roses. The house was beautiful, with a great outdoor area with lots of sun throughout the day. Teresa the host was very helpful and was super at helping and responding during the holiday. Thank you so much for a super stay.

We realy enjoyed our stay. The house had everything it needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the owner was very nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Roses.

Good venue for a family holiday.

Ultra modern villa with great room sizes and up-to-date equipment and a decent pool. Helpful host. Location in residential area overlooked by flats the only setback. But easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Great place

The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there.

Beautiful villa

I did not expect he villa to be as lovely as on the listing… but it was. Immaculately clean beautifully uncluttered and modern ! 10 minutes walk to the beaches and more restaurants and bars than you could ever need ! 5 mins walk to supermarket !! Just fabulous!!

2 families stay June 2022

We were 2 families of 6 people. The house was very clean and spacious and our host Teresa very helpful with arrival and departure. (Communication only in Spanish or French though) Location very near the beach and restaurants. If something critical had to say it was the pool. The water circulation was on/off so that the filters didn´t have enough time to remove all the 'dirt' on the surface? Overall I highly recomended the property!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und sauber. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr vielfältig. Zum Wandern oder auch mit dem Auto. Sehr zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Theresa. Wir können dieses Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Es war einfach nur toll! Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben! Teresa war eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Besser geht nicht. Es ist zwar etwas komisch, eine recht hohe Kaution in bar zu bezahlen. Aber es hat alles völlig problemlos geklappt.Roses ist ein lebendiger Ort mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und hat sehr viele Restaurants. Man merkt, dass es viel Konkurrenz bei den Restaurants gibt. Die Qualität war gut, Preise sehr fair und der Service immer gut und freundlich. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison située à quelques pas du centre où se trouvent toutes les commodités. Térésa est très accueillante et arrangeante. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci encore Térésa .

Super Villa in der Stadt

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund unterwegs. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Srand und in der Stadt.Das Haus ist super modern uns sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Vermieterin Teresa ist super.Jede Frage vor der Reise wurde schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Auch bei Fragen vor Ort gab es eine schnelle Antwort. Wir waren in diesem Haus sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

Vacances à Roses du 01 Mars au 08 Mars 2025

Belle maison spacieuse et lumineuse en centre ville, serte avec du vis à vis, mais pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses, les boutiques et, les restaurants (on peut pas tout avoir). Quelques petits bémols, en espérant que Térésa ne le prenne pas mal.Attention aux escaliers, surtout pour les petits.Le chauffage n'est pas compris dans le prix de la location et, se paie à la consommation. Sauf, qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de compteur. C'est un manomètre sur la cuve à fioul, qui cumule eau chaude et, chauffage. Donc, ça reste du proximatif. Ne vaudrait-il pas mieux augmenter le prix de la location à la semaine, ça éviterait de la discussion lors du départ, ainsi que de la retenue sur la caution. Pas de problème pour nous, puisque nous n'avions pas eu besoin du chauffage, mais pas facile de le prouver.Maison moderne avec tout le nécessaire. Au sous sol, grand garage pouvant recevoir deux voitures, plus un véhicule à l'arrière de la maison, et tout ça, sécurisé.Très bonne literie.Térésa, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine (malgré le temps passable) dans votre belle maison.Merci.Jacqueline, Bernard, Françoise, Serge, Marie et, Maurice

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Roses genossen. Das Haus war super für uns und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ermöglichte es uns, den Wagen stehen zu lassen und alles fussläufig zu erreichen - Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strandpromenade. Teresa ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Unsere 3 Wochen sind im Flug vergangen. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit wunderbarer Gastgeberin

Die Villa liegt mitten in der Stadt, also perfekt gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch der Strand von Roses ist in wenigen Gehminuten bestens erreichbar. In der Villa gibt es alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Teresa die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bestrebt den Aufenthalt in der Villa perfekt zu machen. Herzlichen Dank Teresa! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
