Located near the sea in the peaceful residential area of Santa Cristina, between Blanes and Lloret, Beau Soleil is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Its prime location, stunning sea views, and colorful garden make it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.



With 260m², this spacious villa is fully equipped for up to 7 guests, combining comfort, style, and functionality.



VILLA LAYOUT

This level features a private garage and a laundry area. The garage accommodates 2 cars and has protected access via a driveway.



GROUND FLOOR

The main floor offers a bright and airy living-dining area with fireplace and Smart TV, compatible with your Netflix/Disney/etc accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated in 2025 and includes a dining table and direct access to the terrace/pool area.



Both the living room and kitchen open onto the outdoor area, featuring a private pool, barbecue, and pergola with outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and evenings by the sea.

This floor also includes a full bathroom with shower.



FIRST FLOOR

- Master bedroom: double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, private balcony, and sea views.

- Second bedroom: double bed and balcony.

- Third bedroom: double bed + single bed.

- Second full bathroom with bathtub.



All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.

The stunning beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are just a short walk (10 minutes) away. Other must-see beaches nearby include Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.

Spacious villa, great sea view, big garage, proximity with the beach, pool on the same level as the living and kitchen. Cleanliness can be improved : some megot of cigarettes in the garden/terrass., hair in the water evacuations of the bath, hairs in the skimmers of the pool, ...

We spent an amazing week at this beautiful villa. The sea view is incredible and the pool was great fun. The apartments behind the villa were very noisy day and night with young people coming back late and being rowdy. Driveway was so steep our car scraped the underneath so we parked in the road. Apart from this it was a beautiful location, great beach nearby with a few bars and restaurants.

We spent an amazing week at this beautiful villa. The sea view is incredible and the pool was great fun. It was a very hot year so a few issues with little ants in the kitchen. The apartments behind the villa were very noisy day and night with young people coming back late and being rowdy. Driveway was so steep our car scraped the underneath so we parked in the road. Apart from this it was a beautiful location, great beach nearby with a few bars and restaurants.

De ligging van het huis prima. 2maal geboekt bij coastal village. Beide keren was er toch een minpuntje. Het eerste huis teveel trappen voor oudere mensen zowat niet te doen en dit huis kregen we met geen mogelijkheid de auto in de garage. Te stijl. Dit moet je vermelden, vind ik.

The view, the decor, the space, the cleanliness, the easy and quick communication with the booking agency. Parking not available. To steep for cars. Many stairs on the ground. Not for small children. 15-20 min walk to the beach with kid in stroller, very steep. Like a workout. That we have to drive around to drop off garbage. Too much hassle.

La ubicación y la casa en si La verdad es que mejorar no se puede,los 15 dias que estuvimos los coches se quedaron en la calle,no hay forma de subir la rampa del parking si no es con un todo terreno.Por lo demas todo genial.

Très belle maison avec une vue de magnifique.

La maison et grande , la piscine et superbe aurais mérité d être un peu chauffée à cette époque. L’emplacement et parfait à côté de tout et au calme . Un très bon séjour .
