Newly built air conditioned 2 holiday home 6 minutes walk from Silver Sands. Silver Sands is the place for you if you are interested in kite or wind surfing.

Breezy Bee is also a great place if you want a quiet getaway in a residential area close to local shops and eateries but on close to the main bus route for transport to the popular town of Oistins.

The house is a single storey detached property and is fully kitted out for your vacation rental, a fridge freezer, cable TV, wifi and towels and linen.

The property manager Patricia was quite kind and helpful. The house is in a somewhat quiet, somewhat off the beaten track, neighborhood near Silver Sands beach. Everything worked and was kept up. Not fancy, but homey and comfortable.

I would be happy to help you with that. Here's the corrected version of your text: "It was an amazing experience and the hosts were fantastic. The cottage was well-presented, furnished beautifully, and impeccably cleaned. Both bedrooms were spacious and had air conditioning. The kitchen was equipped with a cooker and a microwave, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast bar. Parking was easy, and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable. Silversands Beach was nearby and only a short walk away, and it took us only 10 minutes to drive to Oistin. Moreover, the cottage is only 15 minutes away from the airport. I was genuinely impressed." Great private spot!

Perfect spot for a getaway! Quiet neighborhood and you can even hear the ocean from the porch. The house was very spacious with a large kitchen/living area, and it was even decorated for Christmas when I came! I stayed around Christmas which unfortunately is when millipede season is, so there were lots of little guys getting in - just beware what time of year you come (as I know there's lots of people petrified of bugs!). They were harmless but still a little unsettling. That said, I wouldn't change where I stayed and it honestly made me feel better knowing the place wasn't doused in chemicals/pesticides.I highly recommend renting a car to explore the island here too. As a solo traveler, I wouldn't walk places from here, but there's so much so close! Miami Beach was my favorite and only 5-10min away and an easy drive. It's close to the airport too, but I wasn't disturbed at all by the sound of the planes (the ocean sounds overpowered my senses!). Patricia and Earl were great and very responsive. I felt safe and at home here and would stay again.

Our stay at Cay Cape was very comfortable and enjoyable. The listing description was accurate regarding location, the layout and facilities. Everything was clean and tidy really felt like a home away from home. I loved the front porch and the painting set up around the home. The home owners... Loved them! ... They were available for anything we needed and such great host to us! We loved it and will return for sure. Thank you so much!!!
