VILLA OCEANO SEA FRONT POOL - discent sea

Wonderful “masseria"OCEANO VILLA in  PUGLIA with sea view and direct access to the sea at 10mt from the bottom of the private garden. Fabulous pool also with sea view and  large entertaiment area, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, hamacs, sand pit and deck chairs. The villa is within the terraced garden of 1000 sq mt. directly on the sea with green lawn, fruit trees, WIFI and free parking for 3 cars inside the villa’s garden. The charming outdoor living area offers a large terrace with large table for dining al fresco overlooking the sea, with large comfortable couches for reading or just pure relax. The majestic trees in the garden , eg Fichi , offer fresh ossigen and natural shade to alternate with the sunny areas of the solarium. Behind the villa is a barbecue area , a large stone oven for cooking with wood and you can delight yourself making homemade pizza and bread. It also has another outdoor dining area with a hanging garden overlooking the sea for herbs, basil, tomatoes and various other greens according to the season just for our guests to taste. There is a stairway to the salentine terrace ( lamia) offering a fantastic view of the Castro bay considered the Capri of the South. It is also possible to celebrate birthdays or weddings but should be communicated before the booking.
In our Oceano Villa, you will live an unforgetable holiday experience in the protected natural park from Otranto-S. Maria di Leuca, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea together with a wild natural countryside, full of olive trees and wild herbs, where you can bicycle through the ‘pajare’ and the dry stone walls which are from the prehistoric age and typical of archealogical Salento. Just in front of the house you can snorkel, swim or do immersions. The house has an enviable position  because it is directly right on the coastline of the that goes to S. Maria di Leuca, which is considered to be the second most beautiful in Italy after the first one which is the Amalfitan coast. The area is famous for the ‘Grotta Verde’ the green cave where inside it the water is florforescent and a beautiful esmerald green colour. You can visi it by foot or swim there free of charge , or take a boat trip. There are 2 beach resorts, Coccabamba or the Swim  ( accessible for disable people) are easily reached by foot from the house. The little bay Aquaviva is comfortably reachable by bicycle which we leave for our clients or in a car roughly 2 km. From the house you can also easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento, both sandy ones and the natural pools made from the rocky coastline. There is also the UNESCO site of Alberobello, and notto be ignored the baroccian cities of Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto, all rich in history, traditions and culture. Or you can choose just to enjoy the villa having your own private resort in the garden without having to use the car. In fact there are 2 excellent resturants and various bars just walking distance away for breakfast , lunch and dinners. On the coast you can eat a great seafaring kitchen because its so close to the sea and the fishermen catch fresh fish every day but you can also eat a very good farmers meal, poor but extremely healthy and tasty because of our vocation to the land slightly towards the inland of the territory. Just 2 km away in the small village of Marittima you will find supermarkets , bread shops, bakeries, newsagents, butchers and fishmongers and around the village there are various farms that produce and sell oil, wine and various other artigianal products.
ACCOMODATION
The villa has 10 bedrooms (9 with kind size double beds) and 10 bathrooms of which 8 ensuite and 2 just next door to the rooms. The big villa is develloped on 2 floors and is able to be divided into 3 completely individual apartments.
FIRST FLOOR
-Apartment TRAMONTANA has an entry/library, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an equiped kitchen giving onto the outside terrace with large table for dining as fresco overlooking the superb sea view. The bedrooms all have A/C, WIFI, and mosquito nets on the windows and TV sockets. 2 of the bathrooms not only have showers but also hydromassage baths.
-Apartment SCIROCCO has 3 kingsize double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensuite, kitchen, and terrace doted with large table, BBQ and wood oven for pizzas etc. All the bedrooms have A/C, mosquito nets on windows, TV sochets and WIFI.
GROUND FLOOR
Large internal living and dining room big internal living and dining room with well equipped kitchen. 3 kingsize bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ( 2 ensuite) which have been exscavated from the rock and are particularily fresh in summer and each one has a ceiling fan. 1 little single bedroom with bathroom ensuite
The large glass wall of the living opens completely up, onto the outside portico creating one large enviroment , original and very comfortable with its large couches and armchairs together with a large table for outside entertainment overlooking the incredible view of the garden, pool and the sea.
The large and spacious external patio is paved with nartural Trani stone, making it particularily adapt for Yoga and the greeting of the sun , which radiates its rays directly on the villa because the sun surges east of the meditteranean sea.
...Things to know:
To get to the first floor one has to climb the steps, but on the ground floor there are no steps or stairs. One can reach right up to the entry of the villa with a car so that makes life easier for loading and unloading luggage and food supplies etc.
The magers live In another apartment and completly indipendent from the villa, with the maximun discretion, however they are available for any help the guests may need (restaurant booking, winery tour, transfer...) and able to supply any services the guests should require (chef at home, ect..). The managers also run all the maintenance and daily cleaning of the garden, pool and external furnished areas. This service is included in the rental price. To contact the managers it is sufficient just to ring the doorbell of their apartment or with a whatsup on their mobile. They are normally able to be free in just a few minutes from the moment of your request. They are very discreet but their presenze makes the guests holiday feel safer and offers tranquillity knowing that they have someone to count on for any type of help required.
Please note that only with booking after 10 people you can use also the ground floor area and more bedrooms. with booking utlil 10 people you will have 6 bedroms and six bathrooms , two kitchen and two terrace esclusive use. please ask for different house dislocation or single use of the bedrooms.
