Susie's Beach House is a comfortable, light and spacious 3 bedroom holiday house that is only a short walk to the three local beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Susie's features include a large covered deck with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxation. . There is a large reverse cycle air conditioner in the centrally located loungeroom, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully fenced lawn and garden, off-street parking and a lock-up garage. The lounge room has comfortable seating and a large LED smart TV. NBN100 wi-fi is provided.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and a 53cm smart tv. The second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. A second bathroom, with bath/shower and separate toilet, is situated in an area shared with the laundry which is attached to the rear of the house. It is accessed by stepping outside the back door of the house for 2 metres to enter the laundry.
To get you started on your holiday we provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and pantry basics; dishwashing and laundry detergent; toilet paper. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is also provided. Bed linens, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mat are provided.

It is a non-smoking house, and guests are requested not to smoke indoors.
Pets are not permitted to stay at the house, inside or outside.
Potential for noise - The house situated on Gregory Street, the main access road to the town, shops and the beaches.
Accessibility - There is a flight of 14 steps to the front entrance, which is on the covered deck. The rear entrance and laundry have one step to enter each area.
Local Attractions - Back Creek recreation area is a only a short walk from the house. There are shelters with tables, seating and a public gas barbecue. A long footbridge crosses the creek and allows access to Back Beach. The creek itself is more of an inlet with wide sandy flats at low tide, and it is suitable for swimming, fishing and water craft use. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Nearest to the house is unpatrolled Back Beach which is popular for fishing and walking. Horseshoe Bay and Main Beach are a 500 metre walk from the house. A major local attraction at Arakoon is Trial Bay Gaol which was built in the 1880s. At the gaol you can explore the gaol and learn about its history. There is also cafe there which overlooks Trial Bay. Also in Arakoon, is Little Bay. The is a park with amenities, kangaroos and a quiet secluded beach. Other popular activities in and around South West Rocks include walking on coastal tracks in the National Park, diving, fishing and golfing.
It is also worth a visit to Smoky Cape lighthouse which is located on a headland overlooking the ocean. Those feeling like exercise can walk up the path to the lighthouse or follow the trail down the nearby secluded beach. Tours inside the lighthouse are also available at specific times and days.
Gladstone is 20 minutes away on the banks of the Manning River with galleries, interesting shops and cafes.
Location - Approximately 455 km north of Sydney, South West Rocks is one of the most attractive towns on the Mid North Coast, approximately a 5 hour drive from Sydney, or 25 minutes from Kempsey. The main town is located right at the beach with fantastic views up and down the coast.
