Second time staying, this wonderful spacious house had plenty of rooms to hang out as a family with teens including a well equipped entertainment room. Kitchen facilities were excellent and bathrooms clean.

This was an excellent stay. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped which made self catering very easy. Plenty of space. Lovely balcony to sit out when we weren't at the nearby beaches.

Very comfortable short stay

'Baybreak' had everything we needed to feel at home whilst away from home. Lovely touches included throw blankets in almost every room; phone charges; fully appointed kitchen etc. It is conveniently located with beautiful leafy outlook.

Great home away

Phil&Loretta’s place make you straight away feel at home. The house is roomy and well equipped. The deck at the back is superb, plenty of bird life and a visit from a possum. The beaches are not far to walk to or a short drive, as are the shops and eateries.

Baybreak is a lovely property for a holiday in Vincentia. Access to beaches and shops is great.

Well equipped home with all amenities available in the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and sunroom. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend that a night light or sensor type light be made available near the stairs.

A great stay

The house is super clean and tidy. It is so well stocked with absolutely everything needed. All kitchen appliances were super clean, and all worked perfectly (Pantry items, linen, loads of books, cd's/dvd's all available.) Check in was easy. About 3 blocks to nearest shops, supermarket etc.
