Our family run simple , a bit retro, guesthouse style, self-catering 3 bed. apartment covers entire ground floor of the house (120m2) and is perfectly situated within close proximity to Ski Resort( Low Tatras( 7km), High Tatras ( 50 km)in spectacular natural surroundings of Low Tatra Mountains,caves, Aquapark Tatralandia and Thermal Water Park Besenova. Ideal for families,groups of friends, sports ( hiking, swimming, biking, trips, mountain climbing) and outdoor with many natural attractions and hiking paths nearby.

Ferienappartment mit moderner Ausstattung

Gute Ausgangslage für Berg- und Wasserwandern mit kurzer Autoanfahrt. Lebensmittel sind in der Nähe (5 min Fußweg) erhältlich. Liptovski Mikulas (5 km) ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten (Einkaufen / Museen / gute Tourist-Info). Ausflugsziele in der Nähe (z. B. Chopok) sind nicht überlaufen. Viele tolle Wanderwege und Bademöglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage, wenn man von der zeitweisen Beschallung durch das Wellness-Hotel nebenan an manchen späten Nachmittagen absieht. Kontakt zu Vermieter sehr unkompliziert (Schnelle Antworten auf alle Fragen). Die Ausstattung weist z. T. einige Gebrauchspuren auf (Die Wellness-Dusche funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes nur im Normalbetrieb - Wasser von oben - einwandfrei). Mit etwas frischer Farbe hier und da wäre das Apartment noch attraktiver. Die Außenanlage wirkte gepflegt.

Excellent location with warm hospitality

The apartment is very comfortable and contains everything we need to "feel at home". Tati, the owner, did not save efforts to help whenever we asked her. Excellent location with a lot of attractive sites nearby. Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

This used to be a home where I grew up. Now I want to keep it as a memory for my parents and childhood and also as a family property for my daughter. As it is only 2 of us in this house which is too big for us so decided to share it with other travelers who want to learn about our home country and its beauties. We live in a separate private attic apartment and rent the entire ground floor private apartment for our guests.Each apartment has its own private entrance of course and privacy of our guests is No. 1 priority. We give the guests their space and total privacy but we are easy to reach on the phone or whatsapp if they need us.We are happy to help or give advice anytime.

Amazing nature, nice atmosphere of an older house, homey feeling , cozy, warm place in a beautiful nature near Jasna, Low Tatras, Mara lake, Aquapark tatralandia and town Liptovsky Mikulas.
