It is a nice place / area to stay with family. Cleaning a bit not to the standard which expected. Suggest one more bathroom to share because one bathroom is with inadequate facilities. Other than that, quiet simple and reasonable.Overall good.

Well equiped with a homely feel. Terrific verandah with a magic view. We travelled to Peppy Beach with 6 other families staying in 4 houses and this was deemed the best! Ample room for 2 families. There will be a fight for it next year!

Overall this property was ideal for what we wanted. Fantastic location and quiet neighbourhood

I absolutely loved the location of this property. Which was a short walk to the beautiful Peppermint Grove Beach. The neighbourhood was also very quiet, which was great. The property itself was lovely, but the spec of the property was incorrect, which was disappointing. But overall very happy and the owner was very responsive to my messages and dealt with my queries promptly.

Awesome stay!

We had a lovely time at the property, it was a pleasant neighbourhood, beach access was a short walk to a family friendly swim. The house itself was very comfortable, all the ammenities you need in logical places. Beds were comfortable although bedding arrangements would have suited a few singles rather than all queens. Cleanliness was top and very neatly presented. Really happy with our stay, communication with Shelly was simple with quick responses, everything went really smoothly. Would recommend staying here and would consider coming back to stay if we are holidaying in the area again!

Relax in comfort

A group of 5 couples stayed for the Easter break. The house is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and we loved the verandah - we spent a lot of time out there. It's very peaceful, with birds and trees around, and you can see the ocean. Upstairs is wonderfully light with windows all around. The kitchen is easily big enough to serve a large group (and has everything you could think of) . The home is close to the beach, which is just lovely; we swam every day. We will be back!

Family home close to the ocean

The house is big and comfortable with everything that one needs for a family or quiet time near the ocean, but not luxurious. It must have had fabulous views at one stage, but a new house has been built in front of it, which blocks some of the ocean view. The owner is friendly and accommodating.
Response from VrboOwner on 21 Apr 2020
Abrams View, still has amazing views of the wetlands and one of the last remaining Tuart Forests in the world. Bird life from all over the world migrate and visit seasonally. A New house has been built behind Abrams View, however this only obstructs some of the ocean view. Still amazing sunsets and ocean can be seen from the full surround balcony. Seasonally whales have been seen birthing in the bay.

Friends Getaway

Lovely holiday home within close proximity to the beach in a quiet location. Stayed with a few couples which suited us perfectly as we were all able to have our own spacious rooms. Beautiful views surrounding the home were a treat. Sheli (Owner) was great and always made sure she was in touch from beginning to end to make our stay very easy and efficient. Thank you & we will be back again.
