Inverloch and surrounds - If you are searching for a place to call home for a weekend or longer then THE PORTHOLE is your answer.
This beautiful well maintained property has all kitchen utensils, coffee machine and second fridge/freezer.
The roomy three bedroom house is situated on a large block in a quiet street. There is a spacious covered deck area to relax or entertain your family and friends. or a game of boche' on the back lawn.
Walking distance to the Main Surf beach (500m), and a short drive to the shops & pubs makes this an ideal location to base your holiday.You can dine at the local restaurants or take away and get supplies at the super market.
Stay for a weekend or a week, like most of our guests you will unwind, relax and return again and again.

The beds will be made up for your arrival, so you can start relaxing as soon as you pull into the driveway, and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outside BBQ.
The spacious covered deck area has a dining setting, lounge chairs and an outside heater for those cool evenings.
We also have over 200 DVD's to watch on the large plasma TV.
We pride ourselves on presenting the house spotlessly clean for guests and all linen, doona covers and of course towels are freshly laundered between guests.

A great place to stay

This was our second stay at The Porthole and once again it didn’t disappoint. It is clean, has everything you need and the hosts are really easy to deal with. We had a lovely holiday here - already looking forward to next year.

Fabulous Stay

The property lived up to our expectations and more. The hosts were generous with their provisions. The house was spotlessly clean and having linen supplied and beds made up on arrival was a great way to start the long weekend. Highly recommended.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A great spot close to the beach and town. Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment in the kitchen to do whatever you need. Wine glasses, pots, pans, implements anda well stocked pantry. Great hosts who left us a welcome bottle of local wine and an early Easter egg which were well enjoyed!

Rob responded to our pre-booking questions very promptly one of the reasons we picked the Porthole the over others we we were considering. The porthole has everything you might need you would longer that the five days we spend to try them all out. We had an great time and highly recommend the PortHole John

What a gem of a place - a real credit to both Rob & Deb. A quiet location, so homely, great ambience, super clean & terrific communication with owners who even left a bottle of sparkling & chocs to enjoy. Excellent Property, lovely owners

We felt instantly at home. Everything we could think of was provided and even more. The rooms were beautifully presented, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics plus coffee, filtered water,paper towels, etc... The lounge was very comfortable too and there were lot's of DVD's to choose from. The outdoor area is also fantastic. There is a bbq, an outdoor heater, undercover outdoor lounge and best of all the billiard and table tennis table which the kids loved instantly. The owner's were very helpful and friendly too. I forgot an item at the house which they happily posted to me. I feel like we have found a treasure and next time we stay in Inverloch 'The Porthole' will be on top of our list. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay at the port hole

Thanks so much for a very enjoyable holiday. Rob and Deb your house is very homely and welcoming, you have thought of absolutely everything to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The house is lovely and clean and the yard was perfect for our dog. We all enjoyed the games room, great deck with BBQ and outdoor heater. The house is in a really nice quiet street that is close to the town and the beach. Thanks again hopefully we can stay there again soon 😊

Everything you need

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at this house. We’ve stayed in several Inverloch rentals and this is most definitely one of the best. Generously fitted out with everything you need for your self and guests, the house was spotless when we arrived, spacious to live in and the air conditioners in every room were a blessing on the last few hot days we had. Kids loved garage with ping pong and pool table. Pooch loved the spacious yard that he could roam safely in. Host Rob was easy to communicate with and helpful when we needed advice. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks, Jodie

Equiped & Awesome Beach Access

Rob and Deb were lovely to deal with leaving us chocolates on arrival with plenty of Christmas decorations for our table. We've hired many homes, but this by far was the best equiped home. We had everything for kitchen and laundry. A very neat home, close to the beach making it easy. Our greyhounds felt at home. Highly recommend and hope to be back again. Relaxing with everything you need

A bright and breezy atmosphere in this beautiful home walking distance to the surf beach in a quiet location. A great layout with comfortable space for the family & our teens loved the ping pong and pool tables. A secure backyard for our dog also. We will definitely return.

Relaxing escape at Inverlochc

The property was extremely comfortable and well laid out. It was very spacious, with all that we could need and more. The furniture and beds were great - so easy to relax into. Overall, wonderful, to chill out in and as a base for exploring the area. The owners have thought of everything to make staying at the property the best.

Excellent family holiday

We loved the house. Had everything we could have wanted in a house including a pool table and table tennis table. Kitchen had all sorts of accessories and bedding was comfortable and clean with plenty of towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, lovely house

We have stayed at The Porthole several times and each time we are impressed by the cleanliness and how every little need has been thought of. The owners are continually improving this already impressive house which is only a short walk from the surf beach. We love spending time relaxing and eating on the deck, playing billiards and riding our bikes into town for an ice-cream! Thanks Rob and Deb for another great stay.
