Planning a vacation with a small dog, an active 3 yo boy, and a 6mo old is no easy task. I am soo glad I found this gem. The fully fenced yard allowed our grandson and dog son to safely play outside. All we needed for the youngest were his crib sheets, a definite plus! We kayaked, played pickle ball, fished, went to the beach, and steamed the crabs we caught in the crab traps. The host made sure everything was perfect. Would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful family stay and would absolutely come back. The house was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked incredibly well, which made a huge difference in the summer heat wave we were having that weekend. We had a lot of fun on the kayaks and the green light for fishing in the back dock was a bonus for night fishing. The beach is located right across the neighborhood entrance. You could walk there but I would suggest you drive to make carrying beach gears easier. One of my favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the back porch relaxing and enjoying the evening/night breeze with the fire pit on. Robin, our host, was very responsive. We had a hard time opening the door to the bathroom downstairs and he sent someone right away to help us. One of the bike had a flat and he offered to send someone to fix it. We are already planning our next summer stay here!
