Seaside Cottage Ocean Grove

The house has spotless presentation, inside and out and is set up ideally for couples or two families wanting to enjoy a holiday together. Located just 100 metres from Madeley St shops (incl. milkbar, fish chips and pizza takeaway shops), directly opposite tennis courts and children's playground. Trampoline, table tennis, toys and games provided for guest use at the house, Seaside Cottage offers many conveniences that other rentals do not. A 7 minute walk to both the beach and Ocean Grove's main shopping centre, 5 minute walk to Ocean Grove Indoor Aquatic & Fitness centre (heated indoor pools, children's water slide, courts and fitness facilities) and short drive to Bellarine's Adventure Water Park (water slides), renowned local wineries, restaurants, cafes and golf courses further enhance this property's appeal.

For families with young children, there are 2 portacots, 2 high chairs, change table, rocker, play gym, stroller, toys, board games and books available.

The house has gas heating to keep you warm in winter and reverse cycle airconditioning for the warmer days. Other features: 2 x Flatscreen TV's, DVD/VCR, CD-stereo, table tennis table, board games, DVD's (family and children's) and fully-equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.

An outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting allow you to enjoy a BBQ. The cottage also has a lock-up garage and secure backyard for children.

Minimum 2 nights stay, guests to supply towels and sheets.

Sleeping Arrangements:

The house has 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes: master bedroom with queen size bed and two bedrooms with trio bunks (double bed on bottom, single bed on top). All beds have good quality bedding and mattresses for your comfort. Mattress protectors, pillows (incl. protectors) and doonas with covers supplied.

Property comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds. If required, there are 2 foam mattresses that can be used in lounge or bedrooms to sleep 2 additional guests.

Beautiful home and great host

Leeann is great host who communicated well and had the property extremely clean and organised. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and it is very functional. The main bed is very comfy, living area is spacious and short walk to some great amenities and main strip and beach.

Perfect for families.

We had a most enjoyable time. House and gardens are beautifully maintained and we can recommend the coffee from the shop 100m away. Suits our primary school aged family really well. Thanks for having us.

Great location and fully stocked house

House is so well set up. Everything you need ia there. 4 kids almost 3yo, 10yo, 11yo and 13 yo of all ages were entertained. Close to beach and aventure park. Communication was great with with Leanne. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. Would stay again.

Ocean Grove

Our two weeks was very restful in the usually busy Christmas season. Being opposite to a tennis court and having a table tennis table helped keep teenagers busy. A very comfortable and well organised place to stay.

Very pleasant holiday home with lots of little extras

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant holiday house. Quiet neighbourhood. Very well equipped kitchen. Too far to walk to the beach but only 5 minutes by car. Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads are gorgeous, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Everything needed for a great holiday. Would definitely stay again at this lovely home. A pre arrival communication issue easily and pleasantly resolved with the friendly owner. Thankyou.

Great little house for a getaway

Our host was great with communication and check in process, We felt well looked after. Location was nice with a 10-15min walk into town center and beach. The tennis courts across the road had a function on Sat night with music till midnight. House was well presented and cosy with enough space for 4 adults and 3-4 kids. Kitchen had more than enough utensils for us to cook. Cleanliness ok. Loved the table tennis in garage on a rainy evening. Overall would recommend, and have no problems in booking another stay :)

The photos don’t do the great little cottage justice! The kitchen is very well appointed, the place was very clean and easily accommodated our family group. The kids loved the ping pong table, games and neat little yard. We’ll definitely return.

The kids loved it!

The kids thought they were in heaven with so many toys to play with in the garage. It was very close to the playground too, so happy kids means happy and relaxed parents! We had a fab time, the house was comfortable, with everything we needed, and more. Great location, would definitely return.

This was the perfect getaway house for our family. We had everything we needed to entertain the kids at home, as well as having the beach/town/playgrounds nearby. Great place, highly recommend.

Comfortable stay

Great long weekend for family of 6. House very clean and has everything you need. Even little extras that as a large family make a difference-whole box of dishwashing tablets and roll of bin liners rather then the usual1-2 we find at other properties. Central to shops and easy drive to beach and surrounding tourist spots. Will stay again.

House was perfect for our needs Five adults going to a day on the green At mt dundeen which was a 25 minutes drive away And 15 to Queenscliff ferry . We didn’t spend any time I. The house , but it was well equipped for a family holiday .

Lovely

The cottage was roomy, clean, and well stocked. Loads of kitchen plates and utensils for all your cooking needs. Plenty of tissue boxes. If you've got kids you'll appreciate this 😀. Also plenty of boxes of toys to keep kids entertained with also an abundance of Dvds and kids movies. All in all a really lovely, pristine experience. Cannot complain.

Winter Getaway

We had a great stay at Leanne’s house in Ocean Grove. It was very clean, lovely back yard and lots of games, toys and books to keep our 2.5yo entertained. The location was great, very short drive to shops/beach (also could have walked).
