Our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 9) had a wonderful stay. We found the property beautiful, clean, and well appointed (eg. Plenty of firewood provided, fresh coffee beans etc.), with amazing views and privacy. It was well hosted, smooth check in process and great communication the whole way through - highly recommend! Thanks again for a great stay

A wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway! So great we've been multiple times over the years. The kids loved climbing the Californian Redwood, the kitchen is well stocked for keen cooks, and the outdoor shower is amazing. Love wandering around the garden and hiking in the national park. The hosts are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great property

The house was terrific with loads of space and magical views. We were relatively close to all of the required touristy places to visit, however the property was very self sufficient, quiet and just wonderful for a few days away from every day life, a great place to stay.

Deep Creek Retreat is wonderful we loved our 5 night stay, it is a very secluded property on a hill we views of all the surrounding countryside and across to kangaroo island. Out Great Danes Luna & Thor had fun running all over the very large property with lots of different gardens landscaping including the dam. We walked all over the property with them most mornings and they had explored own their own at other times.Sandra and Paula are excellent hosts, we even had a fire lit for when we arrived on a very rainy day, they supplied lots of information on how to get there and what to do once there.The retreat is close too lot of hiking trails, as well shirt drive to places such as Normanville and victor harbour.We will be going back regularly now that we have found it.

This is worth it for the garden alone, it is like having your own private botanical garden! And a beautiful property to boot. I love the fact there is no TV!

Perfect relax

Beautiful setting for a getaway. Fire no TV and no WiFi, beautiful gardens to explore , relaxed lighting! Has it all to unwind. House is very comfortable and super clean!
