Located just outside Torquay at the start of the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting, Bells Estate is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the facilities or to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.

The villa features a fully self contained kitchen, spa bath, a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV and the main bedroom patio with valley views. Toiletries, linen and towels are supplied.

In the pool building you will find an indoor solar heated pool (Sept-April) and table tennis. Outside is a basketball half court, inground trampoline and tree swings.

Bells Estate is located on a beautiful and peaceful 10 acre rural type property with friendly roaming animals, chooks, alpacas and a miniature Shetland pony.
