The Double Apartment Suite is suitable for up to 6 guests in two separate bedrooms and two sofa beds in each living room.

An additional 3 persons may be accommodated at this property in the Maisonette Apartment with covered Lounge Terrace (subject to availability) for an additional fee.

The Double Apartment Suite has a total size of 120 square meters with a common entrance for both apartments. The size of Apartment 1 is 68 square meters and Apartment 2 is 53 square meters with a capacity of up to 3 persons in each apartment.

Each apartment has a large bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom or shower room. The large two-apartment suite in this listing may be booked for up to 6 persons. Bed sheets, linen, towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper, and garbage are included. The total end cleaning cost is EUR 60,- (EUR 30,- per apartment) per stay.

Additional daily fees apply for more than one event or party. This package will be subject to a damage deposit dependent on the size and nature of the event.

7) The Maisonette Apartment may be separately booked for a larger group of up to nine persons staying at this property subject to availability.
