Greenhill accommodates 10 Adults and 6 children under 12 pleae do not book for anymore than 10 adults as your booking will not be accepted. Ideal for families not suitable for young groups as the property is a strict no noise policy no parties will be tolerated. The home is perfectly positioned on large level block of manicured gardens, this property has it all. Well appointed with 4 bedrooms, master includes King size bed, parents retreat and an ensuite with spa bath to unwind. In addition the other bedrooms located downstairs are privately set with another 1 1/2 bathrooms allocated for convenience. Full size tennis court and games room with pool table complete this ideal weekend retreat.

Surprise getaway with friends

Great location and house. Perfect for a large group booking with plenty of space for everyone. Unfortunately the tennis court was closed due to the wet weather, but all other facilities on the property were great. Would definitely book this property again.

Fabulous extended family weekend away.

Fabulous home that suited our needs perfectly. Enormous main room and dining table that fitted everyone. Well equiped kitchen. Garden was pretty and the kids loved the pool room.

book club weekend away

Had a lovely stay, clean, plenty of room and beds. Fantastic walks and we even got snow! A few small complimentary soaps would have been appreciated as we all forgot ours, but overall a delightful place. The girls are talking about coming back next year.

Great size property. Good location. Could do with a floor lamp and some cushions. Quite dorm-like but great for a large group who want their own beds. Lovely sunny lounge room and kitchen. Great kitchen for cooking in.

Great location, large house suitable for family gatherings, just needs a bit of love - repainted walls, new couches etc; and shame about the new builds going up on the same block, really takes away the 'country feel'. Property manager Kerrith was amazing. Super responsive and above and beyond helpful!

Christmas in July

A fantastic property - exactly as photos shown. Ideally suited for 9+ adults - plenty of space and areas to relax. Well maintained and quiet grounds. Extremely well stocked kitchen - ample crockery, glasses - every utensil needed is supplied. We had a great weekend even had a visit from Santa - and have every intention to return.

Travelling Square Dancers

This was a beautiful spacious property, with plenty of room to mix and do your own thing. Well-appointed to accommodate our square dance gear. Extremely scenic surroundings which made for a very pleasant stay. We spent a lot of time dancing, but the house was a great place to come home to and relax. Thankyou

Great stay for conference visit

Our youth group was attending a conference in katoomba at KCC and needed a place to stay. This house turned out to be such a great space for our large group. The kitchen is great, large dining table was awesome, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The property manager Kerrith was particularly helpful and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few other reviews mentioned some worn fittings and fixtures, we noticed some of these but it by no means outweighed how nice the space was and for what it is this place is priced well. Thanks for a lovely stay.

WOW!

The photos don't do this place justice! It was so beautiful, incredibly clean it honestly was like no one had ever lived in there. The kitchen was stocked up and ready to host big groups! we loved the beautiful tree out the back and the heating throughout the home. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you.

Mums weekend away

Amazing property! We were a group of 8 mums away for the weekend. Great location and short drive to the Grand Canyon walk which we all did on the Saturday. We had dinner at Zoe’s in Blackheath which was a 5mins drive and great Mexican food. Our only ask would be to request more mirrors, 8 women getting ready and the only mirrors were in the bathrooms. We can’t fault the property otherwise. We all had a great relaxing, chilled weekend away

Big Birthday Bash

Ten women, 3 big birthdays this year! Had to do something special..This house was PERFECT!! Extremely comfortable, well appointed and warm (early August). Dined at Pins in Lurline for Celebration Diner. 6 stars!! Blue Mountains Maxi Taxi was very affordable and reliable!!👏👏👏 An absolute Perfect long weekend away!! Highly recommend Greenhill. We all want to live there!!
