Positioned in the very heart of the life center and enjoying walking distances to most every desirable shops and restaurants and the beach, it is its feel of tropical abundance that might strike you upon entering the garden of villa Istimewa. Indeed the effect is like discovering a luxurious and unexpected pad in the midst of the rainforest.

Maybe this is what the Robinson's home would have looked like, had the book been written in the last decade. Funnily enough here too the use of shipwrecked wood came into play quite largely in the structure as well as some finishing touches within the house.

There are no walls here though the perimeter is protective of 'Seminyak Town' outside. Past the greenery the light blue lagoon shaped pool invites you to venture further in, where the house unveils its charms.

The ground floor is preceded by an open patio where sits the dining area.

To one side is found the large sunken space of the living room open to the outdoor and the pool. Sliding panes allow for its complete closure, transforming the space into a acclimatized environment fantastic to retreat to and enjoy great movie viewing on the retractable screen. It is also a wonderful space to entertain by the glow of the glass wall separating it from the pool depth.

To the other side of the patio, one discovers the spa fully fitted with piping hot and ice cold Jacuzzi, a sauna, massage table and the fluttering water of the pond. The spa and living connect at the back through a small sass like room containing the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs.

There are four air conditioned king size bedrooms one of which can be also set up as a twin bedroom and one queensized bedroom (Temple bedroom).

The first two positioned on either side of the landing and sharing a bathroom, tough independent in their positioning.

The one to the right is a lovely space with a charming view on the characteristic and low roof line of the surrounding village below. It opens onto a small private and flowery terrace.

To the left of the stairs directly comes the second bedroom. Slightly smaller in size it welcomes an inviting reading sofa and opens onto the large upper deck and a gorgeous view to the garden.

The deck leads to the master bedroom and its ensuite shower room.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
