Location location,location! This loft is situated so nicely in downtown Asheville! Restaurants, shops, art galleries, all within moments of stepping out the door! Beautifully decorated and clean! We will be honest, there is loud street traffic when sitting in living room and being a historic building the cooling system is loud when kicking in-ear plugs proved helpful for sleeping. Chris was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Would highly recommend staying here!

Right in the heart of downtown Asheville, this spacious apartment has everything you could possibly want for as long as you can stay. I was particularly impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and the large, luxurious bedrooms. My friend and I could each go off to our suite at the end of the day and spend a peaceful night. Once we got the hang of the locks and elevator code, we were all set for a secure environment.

Lots of room. Excellent location. Internet is a little slow if working remotely but perfectly fine for pleasure. Thanks to owner and management for perks of books and all the personal touches that can't be found in a hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Chris and Kristin were outstanding hosts—check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was always prompt. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the 35 Patton St. Loft - the location was super convenient, the loft was absolutely beautiful, and every single detail was considered (art, artifacts, toiletries, kitchen amenities and even a wonderful surprise in the fridge for our arrival)! Chris was in touch with us the entire time to make sure everything was perfect, but we didn't need a thing. Parking is easy to access less than a block away, and all of the cool Asheville amenities are within walking distance. We highly recommend this stay and will return in the future! This a gem for sure!

The property was very clean and well maintained. Pleasantly decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It is centrally located and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had to get creative with parking but overall our stay was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the apartment! It was just as shown in the pictures. Spacious and comfortable. The check-in process seamless. It is wonderfully centrally located. The apartment was so lovely and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable which was welcome since alot of people have trouble sleeping when away from home. The parking tips and check-in instructions were on point. The suggestions for great eating options and the bottle of Prosecco was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

The Loft was beautiful, right in the middle of the action downtown. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and short drive to the hiking we wanted to do. Our hosts were very responsive. We had everything we needed.
