About this property

PRIVATE POOL OPEN UNTIL THROUGH OCTOBER!

Beautifully remodeled 1960's ranch style home with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home has gorgeous hard wood floors throughout with tile bathroom floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a roomy shower, custom tile backsplash, and a gorgeous marble double sink vanity. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen TVs. The 2nd bathroom has a custom marble tile tub/shower combo, travertine vanity and tile backsplash with lighted mirror. The large living room has a custom rock fireplace (not usable), beautiful large bay window, large flat screen, and 2 large couches. The bonus room has a 70 inch smart TV, 2 large couches, foosball table, air hockey/ping pong table, checkers/card table. Beautiful pool table in a room with electric logs fireplace. There is a beautiful private inground pool and large area to relax with a propane firepit, large table with umbrella, gas/charcoal combo grill. There is a screened in sunroom with pool views. The pool is open during the warm months, usually mid May through September. The home also has a large front patio with plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the view and peace and quiet. There is a large grass area to the side of the home with a wood burning firepit and a beautiful gazebo with amazing Blue Ridge Mountain views. While our vacation home does have satellite internet it is located in the country so speeds may be slow at times especially during bad weather.

During the late spring, summer, and early fall months we will need to come up and clean the pool once daily usually between 7:00-7:30.
We will enter through the pool gate as to not disturb your vacation. Unless a deep cleaning is necessary we should be fairly quick.
While our vacation home does have satellite internet it is located in the country so speeds may be slow at times especially during bad weather.

A favorite place for our trips to WNC! The house is so comfortable & well-appointed; cooking meals or grilling by the pool is great. The pool is a bonus to have during hot weather and is another reason to stay in and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you for a great stay & we’ll definitely be back!

Large house with lots of room for our family. We really enjoyed all the games and the private pool and if it hadn’t been so hot, we would have loved to enjoy a fire by the fire pit. The front porch was nice to sit on and rock as well.

This house was an amazing oasis in the mountains with all the amenities a family needs. I traveled with a group ages ranging from 24-27 and we have so many game options and the pool was amazing. There was a storm and the host offered to come clean the pool in the middle of our stay. The house was clean and plenty of towels to use ready in the closet. The host was very responsive and amazing! Such a great weekend trip location with a big group.

Our family of five stayed in this home as a home base to explore Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Hendersonville, Dupont State Park, and Pisgah National Forest. The home was perfect for our needs! We cooked many meals and snacks, and the kitchen was clean and well stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed. We loved the pool, games, fire pit, and front porch for lots of family time in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean as well. Communication was great! We would happily stay again!

We loved our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the game room and the pool. We visited and would recommend The Biltmore, Chimney Rock State Park, Asheville Museum of Science, and the Sierra Nevada Taproom.

Perfect Home for our Trip

We enjoyed every aspect of this house. The game room with the giant television was our nightly hangout, and, or course, the salt water pool was amazing! If we go back to the Asheville area, we will definitely stay at this home again.

Home away from Home

We Love visiting all the small towns in the NC Mountains. Always such a beautiful relaxing stay. This is our second time staying here always so welcoming and inviting. Thank you to our host for such a beautiful home to stay in. Can’t wait to come back.
