Everywhere was clean. Plenty of stock in the fridge, coffee tea, cereals , eggs and bacon. Even a bottle red which was lovely. We felt spoilt. The beds were so comfortable we all had the best nights sleep. We do hope we left everything as asked. I think we all double checked but still worried we’d forgotten something!

During our relaxing 3 night stay with friends we enjoyed gorgeous sunrises (6:30am), the cozy evening open fire, breakfast in the garden, a BBQ dinner with meat,from Maugers butchery, dinners in Robertson and Berrima and perfect weather for exploring gardens and historical homes.

Lovely house out in the countryside but still close to lots of entertainments. It was wonderful to arrive to a fire burning in the fireplace and a few goodies to welcome us. Beds were super comfortable. The place had real character and was not some sterile over-interior decorated grey and white blandness that seems to be the fashion. The dining room was quite grand and kitchen well-equipped.
