About this property

No Host Fees | Pet Friendly | 500 feet to Beach | Outdoor Shower

Delightful 1940's 2 bedroom beach cottage with an all-new, very unique eat-in kitchen. A large dining room allows for big family gatherings and parties. The home is very comfortable and cozy with beautiful hardwood floors and a screened porch. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water has been added for washing away the sand. We allow dogs and they love the fenced backyard and sitting on the screened porch. Conveniently located to the beach and village. A recent addition is an Outdoor Shower with hot water. 0.1 miles to the beach.

Includes Wireless Internet. The backyard is fully fenced in.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a“starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy. Please pick up after your pet, the deposit does not pay for our housekeepers to clean up the yard.

Comfy home in a great location

Great location close to the beach and the Village. Fenced yard is a bonus for those bringing their four legged family members. Outdoor shower is always a plus!

Charming Cottage!

Our family had a wonderful visit in this charming cottage. We enjoyed staying in an historic, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed home, nestled peacefully among live oaks. When rains kept us indoors, it was a pleasure to just sit and enjoy the house and its screened porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at a lovely beach cottage!

This was our first visit to SSI and we wanted to stay somewhere walkable to the beach, food, etc. The Normandy cottage was the perfect place for myself, my fiancé, and our dog. We all loved the large screened in porch for morning coffee and the outdoor shower after the beach, as well as the fenced in yard. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean, with plenty of room to relax. We’ll be back for sure!

Normandy Cottage

Cottage was just what I wanted- full of charm. Perfect for 2 people and dog. Fenced in yard was great. Close to everything. Easy walk to beach .We rented chairs/umbrella at The King and Prince. Public parking there.
