We had a wonderful time in St. Simmons. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard and water hose outside made it easy having our 2 dogs with us. The screened in front porch is perfect for relaxing outside. Alo, big thanks to the Emmons team for returning my laptop which I forgot at the house. We ll be back.
We had a great stay at this charming cottage. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. It really is just a 3-minute walk to the beach—we loved how easy it was to pop over for a swim or sunset. We also enjoyed biking around the area and taking nightly strolls into town for ice cream. Our dog Dolly especially loved the fenced backyard. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a week in mid October with our dog. This house was a perfect location. We walked to the beach every morning, cooked meals at home, and really appreciated both the outdoor shower and the fenced in yard.The house has seen some wear but it was clean, well appointed, and on a nice quiet street. We liked it there and would recommend to others.
Wonderful older cottage in a walkable neighborhood. Whole process was easy and the property was actually bigger than I anticipated. Loved the screened in porch. For some reason, the dogs took offense at the size of the fenced in backyard but they enjoyed early morning and evening walks to the beach. Can’t wait to visit the island again!
Great location close to the beach and the Village. Fenced yard is a bonus for those bringing their four legged family members. Outdoor shower is always a plus!
Our family had a wonderful visit in this charming cottage. We enjoyed staying in an historic, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed home, nestled peacefully among live oaks. When rains kept us indoors, it was a pleasure to just sit and enjoy the house and its screened porch. Would definitely stay here again!
