Located in the heart of downtown Asheville next to the beautiful Foundry Hotel (great restaurant and bar!) and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. And it`s only moments away from Asheville`s Biltmore Avenue with restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries.

Fantastic location, walkable downtown Asheville! Safe and quiet, free parking and well equipped for a short stay. We enjoyed Biltmore and the NC Arboretum on our visit. Had great meals at Biscuit Head & Daddy Mac's Down Home Dive nearby. Thanks for making our quick 2-day stay so memorable!

Loved the location it was easy to get to all of the sites we visited in Asheville. One minor issue regarding parking the key pad is difficult to reach had to get out of the vehicle to access it because to turn in the lane you need a small car. The keypad should be moved outward to accommodate vehicles with a wider turning radius.

The cleanliness and familiarity of this space were the standouts. The bathroom was great for couples. It snowed out this weekend and it was fun seeing the neighborhood kids playing outside from our balcony.
