Wonderful home in gated community with surveillance 24h to 50m from Green Dream Beach. The house was built for family rest and leisure as it is a quiet and familiar condominium. The house has 280sqm of built area and 195sqm of leisure area.
We have maid from 8:00 to 12:00 (without change of sheets and towels), 5 suites (hosts only 10 people), air conditioning, television, pay TV, wifi and swimming pool. In the condominium we have soccer field, sand court, playground, and square.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
