Excellent accommodations for large groups!

This house was great for large groups, and is the first place we have ever rented that actually had appropriate kitchen cookware for the number of guests the house fits. We enthusiastically recommend this house and would rent again.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

We came in for a Convention at the Gaylord Resort. The resort is overpriced so we found this gem. Everything was great from beds to the cast iron skillet we used to sear steaks on. Location was perfect and very close to the convention center. Highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what we needed

My team was in Denver for about a month to install two sculptures in the Denver Airport. The home was perfect for us as it's close to the airport and had plenty of space. Its much easier to be away for longer stretches when you're able to settle in and not live out of a hotel.

Great Property!!!

The home was beautiful and very clean. I really liked the space because it did not feel like everyone was on top of one another; we could really spread out. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. The home is also within about 12 minutes from the airport so that was very convenient. The only issue was that my husband needed more pota and pans for preparing meals but other than that it was wonderful. I highly recommend this property!!!

Downstairs bathroom ceiling fan will not turn off and wad in that condition when we checked in. It was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep in the room next to the bathroom.

Amazing stay

The house was beautiful, neat, clean, and spacious. The house is fully equipped. We used the grill two days and everything we needed was accessible. The host sent money for additional propane, although it was not needed and money was returned. Host answer promptly when contacted. Although it is advertised as 5 rooms it has an additional bed/room. It is a 3 story house with room on the basement and the second floor. I stayed here with family, a total of 13 people and we all we’re very satisfied.

Family Reunion

Great accommodations for the family members from out of town. We used a park nearby and lite rail for activities in Denver. We had a large group and didn’t feel crowded other than when we ate. Kitchen is a large area but could use updated pans, cooking utensils and more dishes . A destination we would use again!!
