Watch the sunset over the gulf from the 6th floor screened in lanai or relax indoors on all new coastal themed furniture. Burnt Store Marina has many amenities to offer including a deep water marina, 27-hole golf course, Cass Cay Restaurant, fitness center, all within a gated secure community. Harbor Towers offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grills available to cook dinner while you relax overlooking the north basin marina.

We are a married couple currently living in Chicago. We love coming to Florida to relax and enjoy some beautiful Florida sunshine. Boating, Travel and adventure are some of our biggest interests.

Why they chose this property

After spending many vacations up and down the gulf coast, we found Punta Gorda the perfect small coastal town for us. Being on the marina and watching the boats and manatees was the specific draw to this community. Everyone we have met has been extremely friendly, giving us the perfect home away from home.

What makes this property unique

After walking out onto the lanai and watching the sunset over the gulf we knew we found our perfect retreat. After spending our vacations here, we now can't imagine ourselves anywhere else.
