This house was the perfect place for our extended family to stay for a family wedding up the road. The upstairs kitchen and living area was extremely well equipped and perfect for a large group. It had several living areas for the family to spread out if needed with TVs and Google nest for entertainment, as well as games and books. The bedding and linen was good quality and the kitchen was so well stocked with anything you would need. There were plenty of bathrooms for us but they would benefit from an update. There was plenty of on- street parking for our cars and a short drive to shops and dinner places. The host was easy to contact and usually replied within the hour.

We had a wonderful experience overall. The property was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for our vacation. The property manager, Karen, was extremely responsive and the communication was top notch. I highly recommend this property.

Property did not meet its description and requires maintenance and a refresh! There are no water views and photos are clearly out of date since the home was renovated. Absolutely shocked at the uncleanliness of all areas.

One of a Kind! A unique guest, who arrived to the property with additional guests, boat and trailer to be stored at the house without prior arrangement. After a six night stay, one hour prior to check out she started sending messages how she unhappy with her stay and would like a substantial refund.

This is a spacious house in a great location. It is however in need of repair and a thorough clean. We were really disappointed with this aspect of the rental.

Great easy living house with plenty of space for 10

" Freshwater Views" Is a great easy living house with plenty of space for 10 adults ( we were 5 couples). Bedrooms are on the ground level and dining upstairs . There is plenty of lounging space for a large group to find their own space .Outdoor shower , beach towels body board & surfboard there for use ( helpful).Curl Curl beach is a 12 min walk down a steep hill. Freshwater beach is walkable in 12-15 mins ... there is fantastic boardwalk form Curl Curl to Freshwater . Great coffee 10 mins walk @ Carlos Coffee 69 Albert St. Pilu restaurant on the beach at Freshwater is wonderful food and service ( best to book ) also Harbord Diggers and Harbord Hotel for food. Warringah Mall for groceries ( 11 min drive ) . The upstairs verandah is great for eating ( umbrella or shade awning would be an improvement).

The Perfect Weekend Away!

A girls weekend away that was perfect! Karen and Aaron were lovely to deal with and the property was amazing, central and in good condition, very easy for us to get to Manly Wharf Hotel and into the city. Would definitely stay again!

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather and would stay for another get together

Definitely a 9.5 rating. Very clean except the oven and perhaps some new stove top cooking pots as the ones there had been burnt. I had taken several curries and accompaniments for the first day as the interstate visitors were arriving at 3 different times. The small necessities in the cupboard, eg condiments, olive oil, vegemite, peanut butter and honey. Queen size beds would have been good as our children and our older grandchildren all more than six foot two inches. Good thing the 6' 8" was not there! So much to do close by, pity the weather not good enough for the beach.

Wonderful house! We had a fabulous stay for 5 days. Highly recommended.

The layout of the house works really well. We had a lovely breeze throughout our stay and it was an easy walk to Curl Curl or Freshwater beach.

Good for a wedding preparation

We enjoyed the property to accommodate and then prepare for my daughter's wedding. Good location for access to Manly and Freshwater and large capacity for lots of people. Dishwasher needs an update but that is very minor in the overall rating of the property. We enjoyed our stay and Karen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back !!

Beautiful property

We had a group of 10 stay at this house for 8 nights and it was perfect! Plenty of room and all the amenities u could wish for! Nespresso coffee machine, boogie boards are just some of the fab extras that karen gave to us to us to use during our stay! The house is beautiful and karen was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything! Just a short walk to the gorgeous freshwater beach and all the local shops and a short taxi to manly where u can easily jump the ferry to the city. couldn't reccomend this house any more. Perfect for large family's or groups of friends. Hopefully some day we will all be able to return for another perfect holiday stay!! :-)

Fabulous

We spent 5 nights at Freshwater Views Escape to celebrate Jane's 50th. The house was perfect for our large family gathering. Bags of room for everyone, Georgous sunsets from the deck.So close to beach and pools and town.Also great location for exploring North Sydney beaches. Much happiness, thank you Karen and Aaron

OMG Cant get better than this

We had an amazing break; don't be deterred by the fact that there is no pool as it is litterally 1 min to get in the water at the Rock pool or two other beaches. The house is extremely spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We will be back

Recently stayed there with a group of us and couldn't ask for anything better! fantastic views from the balcony, huge living spaces and only down the road from shops. would HIGHLY recommend this property if you want a great holiday away!

Fantastic house, location, perfect for all ages

We come over from the UK for my daughters wedding and stayed at Freshwater Views for a month. Nine of us stayed with ages ranging from late 20's to 70's. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we walked everywhere and found the location fantastic, easy walk to beach, pub and village. Our flight arrived at 6am and we headed straight to the house, Karen and Aaron had outlayed a beautiful breakfast spread of Muesli, Yoghurts, Fruits and coffee. The house was very spacious and we all had enough area to our own time if needed. We enjoyed the BBQs on the balcony and the fantastic sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Australia. Thoroughly Recommend.

The spacious house accommodates 10 very comfortably, has the option to make that 12 and comfortable as well.There are 2 extra living areas and a games are in the garage, meaning the house swallows a crowd with out noticing.Proximity to the beach is awesome and the breezes keep the house cool. It is generously proportioned as well, none of the rooms are small.The main living area is huge with the kitchen living dining and huge deck area all in one. This is a great hub for a big family gathering.We would definitely stay here again.I considered it great value for money, far better than a hotel, and a delight to be in.
