'THEME PARK CENTRAL WITH A TOUCH OF COUNTRY

Situated on acreage this picturesque property is only 5 minutes from the M1, Movie world, Wet and Wild, Dreamworld and Outback Spectacular and 20 minutes to the Gold Coast. It is the perfect accommodation alternative for one or two families to enjoy the open space and serenity this property allows along with the convenience of it's proximity to as much activity as you wish.
You will feel like you are a million miles away from everything, however you are only a few minutes to major shopping centres, trams, trains, theme parks and the motorway which takes you north to Brisbane or South to Surfers Paradise.
The accommodation is for 9 people is made up of the following bedding configuration in 4 bedrooms.

1. 1 x queen bed with an ensuite
2. 1 x queen bed
3. 1 x double bed and 1 single bunk over the top
4. 1 x double bed

This is a non smoking property and is not to be used for parties, gatherings or functions.

There is a minimum accommodation charge of $800 per booking and a linen charge also applies.

Serene and Calm Location

The Perfect De-Stress Holiday

Very easy process with the owner. They were friendly and very inviting to their property. The scenery is amazing for its location. You wouldn't think you were still on the Gold Coast. We had a great laid-back holiday, soaking in the view and spending time with close friends.

If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay that is only a short drive to the theme parks, shops, beaches or hinterlands then this is the place for you. Sleeps 9 with plenty of room for everyone to spread out during the day or evening. Suitable for the early risers to sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the cows graze through to watching the sunset.Stunning views from 3 sides of the expansive living room and kitchen. Located on a working farm on a shared property but far enough away from the other residence to have total privacy. Enjoy feeding the horses a carrot, cows an apple or looking out for the kangaroos (with Joey's), ducks and ducklings, frogs and gheckos. Games and puzzles for the children and access to a tennis court. This residence has a full kitchen, bbq on the deck. Air-conditioners and/or ceiling fans in bedrooms and fill ensuite to the master bedroom.Catherine was an amazing host (thank you so much) and we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.Highly recommended accommodation.

A beautiful space to relax in with everything you need. Thank you. Playing with puppy was a bonus! Can recommend Stanleys Barn nearby for an outing, Mt Tamborine is closeby too.

A Beautiful & Serene Property

A small group of girlfriends and I stayed at The Country Retreat for a Hens party. It was the perfect accommodation, hidden away from all the busy-ness yet still close to everything. We had an absolute ball and completely adored this property. It was clean, well equipped and the deck and grounds are gorgeous. Catharine was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making the stay very pleasant. Highly recommend!

DEFINITELY STAYING AGAIN!

We stayed at the Country Retreat so my family could be together to attend our Grandmother's funeral. I'm so glad we chose to stay here. The quiet beautiful scenery was perfect to sit by and reminisce about her. The house was beautiful and comfortable and the children were never without anything to do. It will be lovely to stay here for a break anytime but it was perfect for the circumstance we were there for.

Amazing Property With an Amazing Yard and View

We found the house and grounds at the country retreat to be gorgeous and so peaceful, the house was very clean and well maintained. The Whole family loved the tennis court and to have lights so we could play of a night was a very welcomed surprise. There were a few personal touches that made it feel more like a home not just a house, We will be back again in the future.

Fabulous R&R

We spent Easter weekend with some of our family, it was just wonderful and we would love to return. Super convenient to shops , restaurants and theme parks . You dont feel like your in the Gold Coast at all . Catherine went above and Beyond to accommodate and help thank you and there was even a fire made ready to go Really well maintained and my husband commented its the cleanest BBQ he had ever seen ! Highly recommend this beautifully appointed homestead ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
