Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Laketown Wharf Resort

We had a great time, rooms were comfortable. It was hard to get elevator, but that is the design of the resort. Overall a great vacation!

Beautiful condo and great location

Absolutely loved the condo! It a decorated beautifully and had everything you need. The resort is amazing as well. Close to everything in PCB but a quiet location. They had live entertainment at the poolside bar. We hope to return later this summer and will definitely stay at the Wharf!

Great Condo!

We love Laketown Wharf and have stayed here many times. This is the first time staying in this condo. It is beautiful. Love the colors and furniture style. We also got a great deal. We definitely would stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time at 1326! The refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced, though. The freezer made a horribly loud sound the entire stay. We did call and ask for a mini fridge and it was delivered on day two of our stay. We were thankful for that. The full size refrigerator noise did keep us up the first night, but we had to adjust to the noise. Other than that, the condo was nice and well accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Thoughtful host

We were originally coming to spend time with mom for Mother's day, but she passed away before we arrived. The host was very thoughtful, leaving a sympathy note for us along with fruit and veggie trays, some soft drinks, a cheese cake and a bottle of wine. It made our stay special and a bit more comfortable considering we were there to say goodbye to mom. The condo is all that it is advertised as and much more. It's beautiful and comfortable. Definitely would rent this unit again. We usually stay at the Wharf when we come so we've seen many units. This one is worth the trip! Thank you for your kindness in our time of sorrow.

Panama City beach softball tourney

We loved the property and the proximity to the beach! The only complaint we have was the elevator situation. Took forever all the time. There is also not an on site market like described in the pics and I was told it has been closed for several years. May want to take the pic off of market. We ran out of toilet paper early (with 5 girls) and I ran down the the “on site market” only to learn that I’d have to go to Walmart to get toilet paper. Overall a great experience!

Fix the ELAVATORS!!!!

The property was wonderful except the elevators they was horrible. We waited 30 minutes for a ride down at one point and it would be difficult if it wasn't all the time but everyone we talked to said it was always like this. So you wasted half your time on the elevators or you just stayed up in your room to keep from having to mess with the headach of it. It was so hot wait for the elevators and on the elevators you would have sweat pouring off you. I loved our condo but for the kind of money we paid they can afford to fix the elevators.

Nice Resort...But Those Elevators!!!

Our room was really nice and very nicely laid out. The primary issue I had with the hotel room is that the main area got cool, but our bedroom (master) was noticeably warmer. It was like no AC was getting back there, so we purchased 2 fans at the walmart across the street to help cool off. Also the elevators....my Lord the elevators!! I literally abandoned the elevators many times and just took the stairs 13 floors coming and going often. Very convenient to walk across to the beach. The staff was fine, not very professional, but I only had to pick up and drop off a cart with them. There is no maid service or trash service, you need to plan to do all of that while there. Bring extra trash bags!! :) The kitchen was really lovely with new appliances. Very comfortable. It was a very nice time, but I would not stay there again, I definitely think PCB has better to offer.

Perfect get away

This was our second time staying at LTW and it was just as good as last year. Granted checkin was different this year, and I wasn’t prepared for the $70 for parking and wrist bands that if you lost would cost $100 to replace. However, the condo we stayed at was very nice and had the perfect view. It was great for our family to spend a few days at.

Beautiful Condo and view

Condo is beautiful, view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. Saw dolphins, watched the storm come in, then saw a beautiful rainbow. Everything was perfect. Only complaint is how loud the dryer was, kinda hard for kids in the bunks. Would book again.

Great Condo!! Elevators were unsatisfactory!!

This condo is well kept and great for a family. The views were amazing; the decor was relaxing and felt like home; and the location to beach and shopping was great! Thank you to the owners for making us feel at home! The downside is the elevator situation at the property. There is no air conditioning on the elevators and they do not run appropriately for the number of units and guests in a building this size. More than once we chose to take the stairs (13 flights) and made it to our floor at the same time as our senior parents who had to take the elevator.

Bach Trip

The condo was spacious and included kitchen appliances that were very helpful and needed. We found that one of the beds had soiled linens so that made for difficult sleeping experience and we didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathrooms. The guest paperwork said there were waters and a bottle of wine for our enjoyment, neither were anywhere to be found. I do not like putting negative experiences for everyone to see, but I would hate for anyone else to be disappointed about some things like we were. Hopefully this won’t be the same experience for anyone else!

We are happy to know that you thought this unit was spacious and featured kitchen supplies that were very helpful and needed. Please accept our apology for the linens and the missing beverages. We would have been more than happy to try and remedy these issues had we been made aware during your stay. As mentioned in the rental agreement (#12), housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to find any record regarding the waters and bottle of wine. Was nice break away from our kiddos

Condo was in great location and decorated very cute. Condo was well stocked with all cooking needs even had complimentary beverages when arrived which was very sweet. The dishes put up were dirty even some of the glasses had lipstick on them so we had to rehash them. And surprisingly the dishwasher door spring is broke so door is very heavy and runs forever and doesn't seem to clean that well... other than the condoms above having a party and a fight during the we hours that lasted hours on our 2nd nite making it impossible to sleep we enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to Walmart, restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The hot tubs were always full of teenagers and kids all day and nite so we didn't get to enjoy them at all which was disappointing. And the weather with the tides and red flags only allowed us 1 good day of beach fun and ocean swimming which couldn't be helped. Overall enjoyed our experience.

Laketown Wharf 1326

Don't get me wrong, we had a great stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and up-to-date. The biggest issue I had was with the air conditioning. The thermostat would not go below 70 degrees. And maybe that would've been ok, but on a weekend where the outside temp never got above 80 degrees, we could never get the room below 73 degrees. Even at night, when outside temperatures were around 60 degrees, the condo was still around 73 degrees. That's not good. Other than that, this was a great condo. The owners actually leave some drinks in the refrigerator for you to enjoy, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with some necessities. They just need to do something about that air conditioning. I can't imagine what it would have been like if it would have been hotter outside.

The room was nice, pictures and description were accurate, the balcony was great! The elevator situation was awful. I know this is not the owners fault but it was bad. If I did stay again I would look for something on a lower floor so I could take the stairs.

Room was great, slow elevators

We learned very quickly that the elevators were very slow, and being on the 13th floor made it hard to decide if we really needed something from the condo if we were out. The unit was fantastic and exactly what was described. There was 6 of us and we never felt like we were all bunched together. We had plenty of space and room to move around. Other than the elevators, we had a wonderful vacation and stay at this resort.

Bittersweet

Loved the stay but ELEVATORs were a BIG problem !! It took 2 hours for us to check in and the kids lost a lot of pool time on 1st day due to CAN’T check in early 🤪 your Rental agreement was Very threatening in regards to charging $200 or $300 here or there - we usually stay at the Calypso who are very friendly and welcome early check-in when possible - if not possible they let u use facilities while waiting - we LOVED the condo and pools !! The room had some issues, but was comfy and cool 😎 a lot of money for only 2 days as we had to have everyone UP and OUT by 10:00 that last day and then again the ELEVATORS were an issue !! We began and started our vacation with frustration and over heating -

Beautiful Resort Horrible Elevators

The unit was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The best unit we've stayed in at PCB. The outside seating on the balcony needs updated as the chairs are rusted and the cushions in the lounge chairs are dingy and mildew. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The elevators was the biggest issue. We have a handicap child and have to use the elevator and 3 days of the 5 we were there the main elevators were not in service. Waiting in 95+ degree heat for an elevator for 20 + minutes can make your vacation seem more like work.
