Booked this for our team if 5 adults attending a sporting event in Coffs, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Comfy, spacious rooms, wonderful bathrooms, huge pool, beautiful setting amongst the trees, and even a friendly horse. I'd wouldn't stay anywhere else. This spot was perfect

Our 3 adults and 3 kids had a fantastic time on our week's stay. It's a short drive to most places around Coffs and is a beautiful location backing onto bush and far enough from the highway not to hear it. The pool is a highlight which the kids loved and so is the horse and native wildlife which visits. The house is sprawling and is equipped with most of the essentials which made the stay very comfortable and Rowland the host is a great communicator. The kids already want to know when we are coming back.

Didn’t meet the host but the place was amazing!Had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and place clean. Some of the cooking equipment and coffee cups were not cleaned properly by former guests but we just washed it all before we used it (no drama).Kids had an amazing time in the pool and the kookaburras were spectacular.Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful spot just off the hwy very peaceful.Need to update photos online as some things were not there or working.No projector in games rooms but on the photos.No moon chair hanging on deck but also in photos.Back deck had rotten boards in multiple areas which had to be avoided when sitting out side.Weathered out door furniture which was falling to bits and rotting.Both on deck and around fire pit out side.Cooking appliances were dirty or not working.Slow cooker had mould in it plus tripped the fuse box when plugged in.No broom for floors only broken one in two bits thrown back in cupboard.Had to go find fire wood and chop own wood for fire as there wasn’t any for fire pit or inside log fire.Any problems we had though Shakira the lovely lady two houses down was very helpful when asked about issues, so thank you very much Honestly we had a great time the three nights we stayed.I know I picked at a few things but when you pay good money for a couple of nights you expect to be completely satisfied with you stay.Hopefully these things can be addressed so other people can enjoy this wonderful property.Thanks again

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this property and we always love it. The hosts are so accomodating and helpful, whilst still giving us privacy and making us feel at home. It is a large property, with plenty of space and the kids loved the horse that visits sometimes.

Great property,very comfortable beds and so spacious.Loved the serenity, the pool and of course Shadow the horse was so cute, the kids and adults loved him.So close to shops, beaches and dining facilitiesJust one complaint, we had quite a bit of trouble with the cooktop each night , it didn’t work efficiently and when feeding 12 people, it was a bit of a pain.On the whole though we had an amazing holiday and would love to go back. Thank you Rowland for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Overall a great house for family gathering. We had a ball & didn't leave house over the stay except to get ice for eskies as one standard fridge/freezer is not enough for 11 people. Both ensuites could do with proper curtains as completely seethrough.

So relaxing, quiet ,close to Mooney Markets close to beautiful beaches , the house has plenty of room the only thing is the spiral staircase to main bedroom but overall loved it will definitely go back
