Looking for peaceful vacation with your family or friends? This is it! Want to have fun, go to Batumi, will take you just 10 mins to drive. Want to swim, there's a swimming pool in the courtyard. If you prefer the sea, it is in 8 mins drive distance. For lovers of hiking, the road from my house takes you towards the hill called Gonio Cross, people drive up there specially as it is famous view point over the Gonio beach. Want to do some sightseeing, go and visit Gonio Fortress, in 6 mins drive.

Villa is located on the hill overlooking the city of Batumi, Black Sea and Mountains. It is perfect for big families and/or group of friends. Villa is in 5 mins drive from central Gonio highway & 8 mins to nearest beach. Big enough to accommodate groups or big families. Guests will have separate 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, WiFi, TV, 2 shared living rooms with kitchens. There's an open air fireplace for barbecues & swimming pool in the garden. Plus two indoor fireplaces in the living rooms.
Parking is available on the territory.

We spend our summer vacations with my big family at Villa and we love it. Peaceful, safe, close to everything you might need and even if you are with your family all the rooms/bedrooms have their own bathrooms and privacy with locking doors.
For me, this is a place to switch off from everything, daily routine, big city, noise and get totally relaxed.
